Lauren is the first person I've been to for back and neck issues who has such a holistic analysis of the situation, taking everything into account. Honestly the best practitioner I've had work to resolve long standing issues. She's extremely good at what she does and I won't be going elsewhere in future. The Malmesbury Clinic is also a lovely place, everyone is friendly and Melissa was also great with helping resolve some admin issues. Can't recommend them enough

Amys teatment has been life giving! I had never visited an osteopath previously, but after dealing with some painful symptoms for some time, I decided to book The Malmesbury Clinic and see if anything could be done. I have felt so different since my appointment; Amy completely relaxed my seized up neck and use acupuncture to release stress in the muscles in my neck and arms. She reset my neck by clicking it and really talked me through everything she was doing to make sure I was comfortable throughout the wole 45 minutes. Since my appointment, I have felt completely different and so much more relaxed. I highly recommend trying if you are experiencing any kind of discomfort or just want a reset!

Amanda is one of those rare breed of special persons - she actually listens to and understands people. She has been treating me for chronic neck Lymphodema for many weeks ad the improvement is remarkable. She has this incredible knack of knowing exactly what is wrong with me and has the ability to solve the problem in a calm relaxing manner with no fuss and no pain! She has also got experience on her side which is very important when dealing with any disease but especially so with a lifetime chronic condition like Lymphodema. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her skills and services to anybody suffering the pain and misery of Lymphodema in the full knowledge that they will be accommodated. Thank you Amanda John Spranklin

Amy, from The Malmesbury Clinic was fantastic for sorting my shoulder/neck pain. I don't normally make appointments for my health care issues, but I was feeling so exhausted with the pain in my shoulder that was making me feel awful. Amy was professional and took time to hear of my past medical history and the symptoms which I had in my shoulder. Her treatment was spot on and I felt fantastic after an hour of massage of my shoulder, back and neck. She has managed to smooth out my aches and pains! I have some specific exercises to do to help build up strength in my shoulder. Absolutely fantastic results. Thank you so much. Would highly recommend.

I originally saw Catherine (Salter) in late January this year, where she diagnosed and started treatment for carpal tunnel syndrome. A month later, I awoke on a Friday morning unable to use my right hand. No GP appointments were available, but Richard immediately booked me in for an emergency consultation with osteopath Ana Pret, who had kindly agreed to see me after work that day, as I was due to go on holiday for a fortnight the following day. She confirmed that my symptoms were completely unrelated to the carpal tunnel treatment and were, unfortunately, pointing to an ulnar nerve-related injury. She forwarded all the details on to Catherine, who contacted me several times during both the Friday evening and Saturday morning, concerned about my new injury, reassuring me about going ahead with the holiday and asking for details about all symptoms so that she could provide further information, support and advice to me whilst away - which she very generously did. Catherine went way over and above βstandard treatmentβ in her genuine interest and concern for my welfare and that has continued throughout lockdown, as I only managed one f2f appointment with her before that happened. She also provided advice on what additional physio services to register with (in order to try to get urgent treatment) and followed my urgent NHS referral for a consultation, which months later ended up having to be a private consultation and operation simply in order to obtain treatment. Catherine has since followed my recent progress post-op and I was eager to return to the clinic once it reopened, in order to get a proper rehabilitation exercise plan, to aid my recovery. Catherine not only recommended a tailor-made number of exercises to improve my lost dexterity and grip, but obtained advice from a hand specialist concerning the muscle wastage on my right hand from all the months where I was largely unable to use it whilst waiting for treatment. I feel completely comfortable going to the clinic, as I am aware of all the procedures they have put in place in order to keep everyone safe. I also feel hugely reassured by knowing that Catherine is able to monitor my recovery, chart any improvements and no doubt, once this nerve issue is resolved, return to treating the carpal tunnel symptoms, which are currently being masked by my other injury. Having previously been through two less-than-encouraging experiences elsewhere (from years earlier) with physiotherapy treatment, I admit that I was initially reluctant to try it again. However, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this friendly clinic, as I have received nothing but excellent treatment, alongside genuine interest and concern for my well-being and recovery.

I have been to the Malmesbury Clinic a few times for massage and most recently to see Steve the osteopath. I have always been impressed with the service and professional approach of this clinic. The Covid measures in place right now due to the pandemic made me feel safe and were well thought through. Steve made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment and talked me through all the actions he took in order to reduce the issues I have been having in my shoulder and neck. The clinic staff are most helpful with Jo the wonderful Physio recommending I see Steve and helping me to get booked in (she knew I'd put it to the bottom of my list!) quickly. One session has already helped and I put my full trust in Steve to continue helping me in future months. I would 100% recommend the Malmesbury Clinic to family, friends, colleagues and customers of mine - no matter the problem or issue they have a capable member of the team who will be able to help you!

Due to an irreversible issue in my lower back, I have been getting treatment regularly for the last 20 or so years. I have seen many different Osteopaths over the years some good, some indifferent and some down right terrible. Since moving, Pippa has been treating me for the last few months and I am delighted with the service. My back is in really good shape so much so Iβm back running again. Not only is she great at treating me, sheβs very knowledgeable and sheβs exceptionally pleasant too. So if you need treatment, I would highly recommend you use Malmesbury Osteopathy.

I can not recommend Pippa highly enough. I walked in to her clinic a few months ago in significant pain, thinking there was no hope of me ever getting my shoulders sorted enough to get back in the gym. Pippa is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She immediately made me feel at ease, explained what was wrong to each shoulder and more importantly she allowed me to leave her clinic feeling relieved, hopeful and almost pain free. Four sessions with her have made such a massive difference that I am beginning to think my shoulders are normal again!
