   I was interested in renting a machine, I asked for information, I had emails after emails, regards the machines and prices. But when I called and left many voicemails, no calls back, sent emails with no replies! I've given up and gone somewhere else!!! Personally after this situation, I'm questioning if this is even real??? Awful service your ur loss!

   DO NOT GO HERE. Had microneedling and completely ruined my skin. Far, far WORSE than it was before. Agree with previous review, not interested if you complain once they have taken your money. STAY AWAY. Just thought the public would be very interested in seeing the "very professional" reply to my review by The Skin Repair Clinic. Oh the irony in their name as they completely ruined my skin and as a result have affected my mental health ever since. What a vile establishment. When they pretend to show sympathy and in reality are mocking you. What a really personal, horrible response to my review. Whatever happened to #Be Kind and Mental Health Awareness? By the way, I was never pleased with their procedures, how could I be when the cocoked-up my skin?

   Update: They replied to tell me they're closed, and told me "Have I heard of a thing called COVID?" ... yet they continue to send emails inviting me to get in touch. --- Original review: Maybe i'll get a response to my email if I leave a 1 star review. Because they ignore your emails, most likely because you're not much value to them.

   Training provided for fat freezing was a productive and informative session in a relaxed environment. Session conducted as a great learning experience with approachable and informative trainers. Will certainly look at receiving further training in the future with yourselves for our forthcoming new business venture in the aesthetic business which is up and coming very soon in the Swansea area.

   I had training today with Alex for fat freezing and micro needling and she is the best! She went through everything and made sure that I was well clear on all the products and the machines. She is just wonderful and I can't recommend the training with Alex and the skin repair clinic enough!! I was so nervous before she arrived on the day and after a couple of hours with Alex it felt like we had known each other for a lifetime she is amazing. I will definitely be back for the HIFU training.

   I wanted to make a point of writing this review due to poor review before mine. So I just finished my training course for HIFU with Alex and Ralph and I really couldnt fault them. They literally thought of everything from wiping down the sides, to making the client feel the best they could possibly feel. I honestly loved the whole course. I had a few doubts before booking with the skin repair clinic, mostly due to the amount of money I was paying out as I dont usually take risks with money. once I read the bad review online I was very skeptical. Alex and Ralph agreed to meet up with me before the course and before I paid out (I had paid the deposit of £495 prior). I met them in London and they were absolutely fabulous, talked me through everything I needed to know, answered my questions and even bought the machine for me to take a look at! I had a wonderful time training and I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of starting up a new business as they really do help you out so much. If you have any doubts, let this be the end to them because they are awesome!! Thank you Alex and Ralph! - P.S Donna is the best!!

   I have had both treatment and training with Skin Repair clinic bristol and have to say I am absolutely delighted with my Fat Freezing & CIT facial results but also so grateful to the guys there for the amazing and ongoing training/support they have given me. Highly Recommend ☆☆☆☆☆
