   Had an otoplasty September 2024, unfortunately didn’t get the results I wanted as my ears are still prominent. Clinic was nice and clean and Simon and receptionists were friendly.

   I have had the New Fraxel repair, much less invasive, hardly any pain and only used anesthetic cream. Hardly any down time within under a week just slight redness and I was out and about. I have had this procedure a few times for scars and it is as good as it gets without surgical intervention. The whole team are super and always make me feel comfortable. Delighted with the results. Thankyou team and have a fab 2026.

   I’m due to get married in December so I thought I’d start having regular facial treatments so popped along to Simon Lee and spoke with the lovely Sam. I told her what my concerns were to which she gave me some really good advice of what she thought I should have. She said she’d come up with a monthly treatment plan (some twice a month) tailor made for my specific needs. She emailed me later with a breakdown of what each treatment was going to achieve for my skins needs and as this package was bespoke and I was having so many the lovely ladies at Simon Lee gave me a discount and told me I could make quarterly payments which is very much appreciated. I couldn’t recommend Simon Lee, all the ladies and especially Sam highly enough Thanks guys Gail

   I’ve been seeing Emma for my facial aesthetics for many years now and I’ve never been disappointed. What she does with fillers is an art that not all specialists get right. I’ve never looked over-filled and always get compliments about the work I’ve had done which is down to her skill and eye for detail. I find all the staff at Simon Lee clinic lovely and will always recommend them if asked.

   My experience of being a client at this clinic has been nothing but positive from start to finish. From first contact with Jane, Mr Lee's very communicative and efficient secretary to reception and nurses and finally to Mr Lee himself, I was shown the utmost professional care and attention, with the added bonus of informality and friendliness to put me at my ease. I had a lower face and necklift in July 2022, followed in November by excision of a bony lump on my forehead, both under local anaesthetic. I will admit to being nervous but I had nothing to worry about. I also felt that the cost for the two procedures was reasonable and not in any way exorbitant. I am very happy with the results of both procedures and would have no hesitation in recommending this clinic.
