   Absolutely loved Rakkas Turkish Restaurant! The food was authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented—especially the kebabs and meze. A special thanks to Esmaeil for the outstanding service—friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. Great atmosphere, generous portions, and top-quality food. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

   Amazing experience at Rakkas but I have to say the service was exceptional because of Frenando. He helped fix our shisha, served us and checked up on us all throughout the night. Best experience at a restaurant in a long time. Will be back for sure and a regular spot. Food was exceptional!

   We had a terrible experience here from start to finish. We were met at the door by a staff member screaming at us, then seated almost inside the kitchen with no view of the show. The menu did not have English language we had to translate via a friend sitting with us and Google translator !! We waited an hour and a half for starters, which arrived tasteless and clearly not fresh. No one checked on us for long stretches of time. Before speaking to the manager, we finally managed to talk to our waiter who openly agreed with us that the food was not good. Another staff member also said she understood and confirmed that everything we were saying was true. When we raised this with the manager, instead of addressing the issues, she brought us a bill and insisted we still had to pay because we came for “entertainment” despite the fact that we saw none of it, didn’t eat anything and had already paid a deposit. Poor service, bad food, and management that is purely money-driven. Completely unprofessional. We will not be returning and do not recommend this place.

   I had a lovely brunch here today! The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, perfect for an easy Sunday meal. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. The staff were very attentive and friendly, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

   I had a reservation for Valentine's Day dinner 13/02 at Rakkas restaurant and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I had booked a week in advance and arrived on a non-busy day, but the receptionist made me feel unwelcome by asking if I had paid a deposit that I was never informed of, I booked and received email confirmation that I have showed her. It was embarrassing to be made to feel like I had done something wrong in front of my partner. To make matters worse, the food was not up to par. While the fish dishes were cooked perfectly, the side vegetables were underwhelming and did not complement the main dishes. I even asked the waiter for mustard for my salmon, but was told they didn't have any. When I asked for garlic chili instead, the waiter never came back with it. For the price of the meal and the nice decoration of the restaurant, I had higher expectations. It was a shame that my Valentine's Day dinner turned out to be such a letdown. I do not recommend this restaurant based on my experience.

   This place is a well presented venu with a warm welcome. The atmosphere was nice but busy, Food was very nice once we were served. As this is a busy place it seems/ feels as though you have a limited time at your table.

   Amazing place to chill, dine, relax, and be yourself!!! We were a group of 11 with 3 birthdays, service and attention to detail was on point. Not to mention the 2 chocolate birthday cakes we were given, on top of the red velvet slice for the birthday girls!!! Shisha was lovely, food was tasty, (although I can't recommend the tomato pasta (slightly dry and just hot (chilli's)!) Other than that, we ordered nearly everything, and was amazing! Thank you to all the staff who served us and allowed us to sit tight to the very very end!!!

   Delicious quality breakfast. Decor was amazing you could tell they thought of every detail. All staff were very welcoming, polite and professional. Highly recommend a visit. Parking also available across the restaurant.
