   They gave me gone off milk in my milkshake and disgusting food burnt burgers advice to everyone to avoid at all cost rip off for what I paid and what I got instead is food poisoning

   Ordered 2 large cod and chips, not worth a penny, had to throw all of the food straight into the bin as they would not collect their disgusting food. Service is extremely poor. The fish arrived burnt and they had thrown in fries for burgers as opposed to chips for fish, when I called the restaurant they had said they ran out of the thick chips and had to substitute for fries without any notice! Had to go to Pond fish and chips instead to get the best food! My mistake, should’ve went there first and not trust this manky trash!

   The option online says the kebab comes with salad , there was no option for sauce so if they didn’t put that in then whatever but the kebab didn’t even come with the salad which was described in the bio. No one eats dry kebab with absolutely nothing . We Will never order from here again. The pitta is also dry and coming apart. I paid extra for large for no reason. Next time sticking to pond kebab & chips take away or Croydon kebab centre! Extremely unhappy . Kebab is one of my favorite take away and I gave this place a chance. The man who answered the phone instead of fixing the problem tried to argue with me like I should have put salad in the comments when it says in the DESCRIPTION ITSELF with salad . Ridiculous . My family won’t ever order from here again and anyone in this area shouldn’t either. 0 customer service

   Terrible excuse of jalapeño ‘cream cheese’ just deep fried jalapeños in a soggy batter with no cream cheese at all and 0 customer service as they don’t answer the phone

   Would not recommend ! I had asked for a kids Burger meal plain only meat and bun with a strawberry Miranda they had seen my instructions as they gave me the drink I chose but decided to not follow the instructions as they had put cheese in my burger. Very disappointed I order quite a lot from this place but will not come back ! I also tried calling the shop 4 times and no answer this is not the first time this has happened ! I wouldn’t advise wasting your money on a kebab better off going to hazar kebab or even better German doner kebab. Worst experience ever I’d give 0 stars if that was an option it’s not worth the money at all I will be taking this higher

   I can't believe the ignorance of this service. I asked for mixed Kebab with salad also dais all the salads with a lot of green chillies did I even get one chilli 'NO!' With a small portion of chips. To come home and find out I got a whole PORTION of chips and scattered chicken kebab only with onions!!! like come on!! Worst customer service. Everything was there to provide as I was right in front of them could of asked to confirm but chose to ignore me. Didn't eat one bite as unfortunately chips was hard and rock and onions were over powering and I really just wanted meat!!!

   MISSING BULK OF ORDER AND RECIEVED MOULDY FOOD Ordered at 22:45 and got here at 00:20. Missing sausages that were the main part of the order and received beans instead of mushy peas. Started attempting to eat the cheesy chips and curry sauce as that was all I received. That was until I found mould on the chips. I thought no way at first, but after smelling it was definitely mould. Terrible place, avoid like the plague.

   Nice decent place with a range of foods for sale, a meal price can vary in cost but in average it will cost between £6-£8 depending on what you order. The portion sizes are decent but I found it to be a bit small for what I ordered and paid. A large cod and large chips, costing £5.50 & £2.30 respectively. See image attached for the portion size I got. It could be that I'm used to portion sizes larger for the price range from where I usually go to. Customer service and experience I had was good friendly staff and place was clean. They offer the ability to eat in, with knife and fork provided with a large plate. Other: they do offer card payment including contactless cards transactions.
