   Lovely table and lovely staff, especially our waiter (cannot remember his name!) Very attentive to us. The rib-eye steak was more fat than actual meat so I really didn't eat much. One mushroom and 4 tomatoes that were sort of burnt than roasted. My partner had the beef burger and said that the meat was not at all good quality and that even mcdonalds tasted better! The french fries I even tasted and we both said that they tasted like fish (from fish and chips) and onions (from the onion rings) so they obviously fry them all in the same oil which for anybody with allergies, I would be careful! £72 for 2 drinks, 1 starter and 2 mains that were not nice, not worth it ! £30 for the rib-eye !! Only went because we were visting London, thought because the hotel was such good reviews and good quality, the restaurant would be the same, no way near.

   Ashraf took great care of us. The fish and chips are the best! Their specials are always delicious. Service is a bit slow, but I’m used to the pace of service in the US since that’s where I’m from. That said, I’ve noticed it’s the same at most restaurants in London—and I love it!

   Keepers is a surprisingly reasonably priced restaurant given its prime location surrounded by high-end hotels in central London. The interior is warm and inviting, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that makes for an enjoyable dining experience. The service was truly excellent – the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout our visit. The facilities, including the restrooms located within the adjoining hotel, were clean and well-maintained. As for the food, the experience was a bit mixed. The duck with mashed potatoes was a standout dish – flavorful and well-executed. The chicken breast was perfectly cooked and impressively moist, though all of the flavor was concentrated in the skin, leaving the meat itself a bit bland. The French fries were nicely crispy, while the grated carrot salad felt like a lackluster substitute for a proper side salad. Dessert was unfortunately underwhelming – the cake was dry and lacked flavor, which ended the meal on a slightly disappointing note. Overall, Keepers offers a somewhat inconsistent culinary experience, but given the fair pricing in an otherwise expensive area, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a decent meal without breaking the bank.

   Went here for lunch as the place looked quite nice from the outside. Food was great, was ready relatively quick and the place had a great vibe. The waitress that was serving us was incredibly friendly and had a lovely smile when serving us. Sadly soon got helped by another waiter who was really pushing us to order either a coffee/tea or pay the bill as soon as possible, after we told him we were finished and only wanted to finish the drink we still had. Overall I wouldn't eat here again because of this waiter's attitude.

   Pretty normal bar. Decent enough to have a conversation. Access was good with ramps. There were big screens and projectors to watch sport or latest news commentary. The menu is pretty standard pub food and prices average for London. Service was ok not hugely fast and drinks did take a while to come through.

   This place was amazing! We had just left a restaurant with bad customer service and were in search of a late evening meal around 2145... we went into Keepers thru the hotel its attached to and was seated immediately even though it was fairly busy. They got us seated, served us drinks and appetizers within 15-20 minutes, which was outstanding. Our waiter was very attentive and was very familiar with the menu to help us with our meal choices. When we got our food it was fresh and piping hot! The chef was amazing! Will definitely come back when in London!

   The place is split in two, where one part is more of a restaurant while to the other side it’s rather a bar than a place to eat. We came in around half past 7 and it was already a bit noisy in the bar area. Staff seems a mix of seasoned personnel and newly hired people, where the latter isn’t as friendly and professional as the first. We are a family of four and we had two rib-eye steaks, a pork fillet (photo) and from the children’s menu a pasta. Food was very tasty and well prepared, portion size is good too. Prices weren’t too bad (service is included!), considering the location near Tower Hill and a few good hotels.
