My experience at Oko Lounge was extremely unpleasant. The behavior I encountered was aggressive and intimidating, which completely ruined the atmosphere. No customer should feel uncomfortable or disrespected while trying to enjoy a night out. Management seriously needs to address how situations are handled and how customers are treated.

The atmosphere is incredibly chill and stylish — perfect for unwinding with friends or enjoying a laid-back evening. The staff are super friendly, attentive, and really know their flavors. The shisha itself is smooth, flavorful, and lasts a long time without getting harsh. Their music and lighting set the perfect vibe, and the drinks and food options complement the whole experience beautifully. You can tell a lot of care goes into every detail here. A Great Shisha/Hooker Place with Amazing Service, Staff and attention to detail.. I don't think theres any place similar to this in Ilford, Redbridge.. It's been a long while since there's been a good place with good ambience, music, people and the fish tanks are amazing and a very nice touch.. OKO has alot of Shisha Flavours and the Shisha is made very well.. I have been recommend good new flavours by staff and has been very good! I would highly recommend this place to come with friends or even for a pipe by yourself.. Really good atmosphere and the staff are Amazing and great attention to detail..
Since Refurbishment, very spacious, can acvommodate like 100 plus customers, premium quality lounge, service is excellent, atmosphere is good, ambience is best in ilford, Mohamnad look after every customer as VIP customer. Morrocan tea and Shisha is my favourite Highly recommended to visit, you will come back time and again like us.
As you walk into the building, it looks rough. The seating area was nice enough but there was no alcohol, we had to wait over half an hour for the drinks and nearly and hour for the food which was nothing like what we ordered. We ordered bone in chicken wings with chips. The chips were awful. The "wings" were not wings, they had no bones, they were these weird chicken pieces that tasted nothing like they were meant to. We had to ask for cutlery and a napkin (which was just a torn off bit of blue roll). It seemed like it was just 1 guy doing everything on his own and I don't even know if there was a proper kitchen
Small lounge, Very cosy with a good selection of food and drinks, would recommend the mocktails as they were really nice. Good place to chill with friends. Good vibes and service was provided fairly quickly.
It was very time there . Atmosphere was very cosy. Dimmed light with music. Table service. Excellent Customer Service . Unfortunately the kitchen was not up and running as there were some refurbishment going on. Great place to enjoy your evening .
