   This B&B is one of the very best I have ever stayed in. The rooms were beautiful, clean, warm and cosy, great decor and well equipped. Breakfasts were great and every request catered for perfectly. Staff were polite, helpful and friendly. Great location and short walking distance to centre of city and railway station. I would thoroughly recommend and would definitely return. 10 out of 10.

   The hosts were so kind and the rooms were great. Breakfast was good and they were able to do our laundry for an additional charge too. Feels like a home away from home. Highly recommend and would use them again for our next trip to Bath. Short walk to many activities.

   We had an amazing stay at the hotel! Really well situated really close to the city center and the roman baths. You can choose many options for breakfast and it’s very good. What stands out the most about this hôtel is the hosts Sam and Stephanie who went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Will come back to this B&B next Time i Will be in bath

   Stayed here with new hosts Steph and Sam. Beautiful large room with all amenities. Very helpful little notes on amenities to help with them. Delicious breakfast both days delivered to our room. The b&b is really well located, quite close to tourist spots and shops, but was also very quiet. A tip while here, join one of the free two hour tours of the town, it was great. Highly recommend this b&b.

   Just arrived home following a 2 night stay at the Bath House which is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The service (breakfast being served in our room!), comfort, hospitality and facilities, to name but a few things, are second to none. The attention to detail was exceptional and Kelly and John were wonderful hosts. I had mentioned in passing when booking that the trip was to celebrate my wife's 70th birthday and when we were shown to our room we were amazed to see the mirrors in our room had been decorated with birthday balloons and a banner. That's service 'going beyond the extra mile'! I cannot praise them enough and would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to all! Thank you for a wonderful stay

   The Bath house is absolutely brilliant, our room was perfect, clean four poster en suite with Air con, the bathroom was super clean with lots of extras fluffy towels and robes, staff were so friendly and could not do enough for us, the breakfast was hot and filling and we were accommodated being vegan. The hotel is a short walk from everything in all directions but quiet enough for a great sleep on comfy bed. Would highly recommend to start your stay in Bath the right way x

   Twin room was very clean, en-suite bathroom with a water fall style shower. Breakfast served in our room & the poached eggs were delicious. The staff very helpful and friendly. Just great all round!
