   Rooms very clean not for old people as stairs a bit steep lounge could do with dinning room chairs tables being cleaned but wasn't to much of a problem but knew still in progress

   Close to shops fastfood and bus stop but you can walk to Cabot Circus. Although I wouldn't do that at night. Taxi drivers who dropped me off said it was not a good / safe area. But I did not have any problems. The place is accessed via security code and your room can be locked. Only problem is that it is noisy at night with cars and drunks. I had to buy earplugs to sleep. Otherwise it was clean and tidy. Each room has small bathroom with toilet and shower. A clean fully equipped kitchen and breakfast included. Owners very helpful with directions etc. Only other issue was that WiFi was only accessible on ground floor and kitchen. There is also a washing machine and dryer and iro and board you can use. Overall it is a very good place to stay.
