Customer service is amazing. I've been there first time in my life yesterday, for a date with my girlfriend. The food was great, my waiter was very professional and nice. Garlic fries next to your stake will be the best choice ever made, trust me.

Decent restaurant but it’s expensive for the quality you get. The ambience at the TGIs is good with comfy seats and cool props everywhere. But, I think the food is getting v expensive (surf and turf is approaching £30) for what equates to pretty average quality. I ordered the surf and turf and I got exactly 2 smallish prawns for the surf bit! I also ordered my steak medium but it was well done. The whole meal was dry and over cooked , with a small portion of fries for almost 30 quid… Although, my partner’s food in the photo was definitely better than mine so it may be luck of the draw almost. Really good selection of drinks and cocktails, but I don’t think they pour much alcohol in them! Service was good though, and the food came quite quickly, but it did take a while for a server to be free when we first came in. Good location too, next to the Brewery with a car park and excellent Romford transport links. Overall I probably wouldn’t recommend for the food quality alone but it’s a fun place especially if you’re sat in the middle of the dining area. Just expect to pay for that!

I always love coming here. In fact I'ce made it a tradition to pop in every Friday even if it's just to have a beer! Lively, friendly staff, great food, and beers on tap, some of them you'll struggle to find elsewhere at a reasonable price! The music is always brilliant, and the atmosphere vibrant. Perfect for weekend dining or a mid week treat.

Another finger licking visit... Perfect food as always at TGI Friday... Great atmosphere even knowing that not as decorated as standard TGI, still feels like it. Had to wait 50min to get a table, but enjoyed time at the bar watching barmen making cocktails while sipping on my beer and wife having her cocktail. Staff was brilliant, welcome was warm... Keep up a good work, and hopefully this TGI will last long, also nice to see TGIF in this area. Well done...
