   A really lovely team at the nursey, in a nice setting with outdoor space. I have had 2 children here and the team are very warm and kind, very approachable. Sam has been great with my son- as a baby. Kat, Jamila and Abeba have looked after both of my kids. Both my kids have enjoyed attending. Nicola and Alena in the office are also very easily available and understanding if you have a query. Only 4 stars, as I found the head office funtion can be harder to contact and It would be lovely to see more investment in new toys.

   Our daughter attended Bright Horizons Kew for both Nursery and Pre school classes. She absolutely LOVED her time there. The staff are all very supportive and caring to the children and very accommodating to the parents, I was always able to add extra sessions even at short notice. I would highly recommend this nursery for its facilities and care in education.

   I would highly recommend bright horizons kew day nursery and preschool. The staff are amazing, kind and caring they have given my son a very good start to his education and I cannot thank them enough they have really supported my son from when he started the Nursery at nine months old through to preschool they have given him the roots to grow and we will miss the everyone thank you for your continued help and support you guys are amazing

   My daughter has been attending this nursery for about a year. She has learned many new things and always looks forward to going. The nursery has plenty of space, a secure environment, and a dedicated staff who are very involved with the children.

   Was walking past and could see the toddlers playing in this glass box outside. Two adults stood by the door talking not paying attention to the children at all. The toddlers were hitting each other repeatedly and even when two of them fell over, the adults didn't look over. It was only when I waved my hands at them from the street that they finally paid attention. Abysmal care giving. Also, if you have other options, don't put your children in a daycare with no real grass to play on, a glass box with plastic grass overlooking a busy road isn't healthy for them.

   Fantastic carers but choosing bright horizons has proved to be a big mistake.... as an organisation bright horizons have made it clear that my son’s development means very little to them.

   The team at Bright Horizons have done a fantastic job in incredibly difficult circumstances. They managed to stay open in a safe manner during the pandemic and the staff are clearly going the extra mile to provide the best service they can despite a lot of change in the past 12 months. Our daughter goes in and comes home happy which is what matters most :) Thanks to everyone at Bright Horizons Kew!

   My child attended this nursery for 2 years in 2014-15. The staff were amazing to say the least, especially the team in the nursery room led by Leeshaun. Elli & Gemma on the team were also amazing. My child spend the best time there and learned a great deal. I'm so thankful
