Leapfrog day nursery east croydon have been so good and I have seen massive drastic changes in my child since attending this nursery. Driven with positivity kindness and compassion, staff have been lovely, kind and encouraging towards children and parents. Couldn't be more happier with the level of care and the growth they have brought to my child.
My son joined leapfrog when he was 8 months and now, he is 4 years 8 months .It’s been a long journey and a wonderful one! From sitting to writing , he has learnt everything in the nursery. The staff is very supportive and they take action very quickly to any problem. I would highly recommend new comers to join leapfrog and make memories.
Amazing nursery, my daughter loves attending! I was nervous for my daughter to attend nursery as she has only been cared for by family and is quite attached to us. Despite this, she has not cried once during handover, even during her settling in period, which i can only put down to the care given by her key person and other staff at the nursery. The nursery is clean, with modern toys and the staff have excellent attention to detail (cute shower caps for the children to wear while playing in the sandpit!). My daughter loves attending and I am excited for her to keep interacting with other children and participate in the activities organised for the February calendar. There isn't a screen/TV in the room my daughter is in, which I liked. My daughter can be a fussy eater but has eaten most of the meals provided, which the nursery updates me on using their app. I'm excited to see my daughter progress while attending Leapfrog.
Leapfrog has been a great nursery for my three year old. She has been attending since the age of 1.5 years and we have seen a great development in her behaviour, communication skills and social skills. My daughter attends four days a week which consists of full days and she is thriving. She loves nursery, loves the teachers and they are very connected with her development. I don’t have to worry about her food, sleep or progression because they keep me updated. Her safety is something that was the main factor when choosing the nursery but the staff at Leapfrog ensure that every child’s key worker attends to the child efficiently and profoundly.
We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Leapfrog Day Nursery! The staff have been incredibly supportive and nurturing, helping our child grow in so many ways. They played a huge role in her potty training journey, making the process smooth and stress-free. Her social interaction skills have improved significantly, and we’ve noticed how much more confident she is around other children. The nursery also helped develop her speech, and we’ve seen a big improvement in her communication skills. On top of that, they provide physical activities, keeping the children active and engaged in a fun and safe environment. The staff are warm, professional, and truly care about the children’s well-being. We are so grateful for everything they’ve done and would highly recommend Leapfrog Day Nursery to any parent looking for a caring and enriching place for their little one!
Leapfrog is a nursery school which I would recommend to parents looking for one...Children are taken care of well ,the food is good and it's also affordable
My two daughters are very happy at Leapfrog and have come on a lot since being there. The staff are enthusiastic, energetic and welcoming, especially in the Baby and Pre-School room. My eldest has been going for three years and there have only been good improvements made over that time! The management team always have time to listen and have taken previous feedback on board. I would recommend to anyone
Poor management. Unclear procedures on child pick up and incompetent staff. Had a very unfortunate experience with one of the staff members who refused to hand over my grandson even though his mother (my daughter) had informed them I’d be picking him up earlier and was on FaceTime confirming I was allowed to collect him. I was also on their pickup list. They then tried to accuse my daughter of potentially not recognising me as she could have been drunk. Really silly staff. Also very expensive compared to other local nurseries
On the day of registration the nursery was severely understaffed. My son was distressed due to being left, not comforted.and not engaged. His mum was doing the registration forms. On leaving the nursery my child begged not to go back. The nursery have promised to refund the £100 rightly so as the nursery shouldn’t be paid for making my sons first nursery experience so traumatic but it has not been received. I am hoping to receive this payment soon or I will be forced to take this further.
