   I would not recommend this nursery based on my experience. Communication was extremely poor — I barely received any updates throughout the day, and in the entire month my daughter attended, I was only sent one picture. There was no consistent key worker, which made it difficult for my daughter to build trust and for me to know who was responsible for her care. The settling-in days felt rushed, and as a mum, this left me feeling very anxious about leaving my child there. Overall, I did not feel reassured or supported during what should have been a gentle and secure transition.

   My daughter has attended Busy Bees Haling Park for over a year now and during that time we have seen a high staff turn over, a gap in staff and parent communication, and not enough support for the development of children. Management is rude and dismissive as when I had a conversation with her about the recent “inadequate” Ofsted report, her response was quite condescending and defensive. I was not surprised about the report as a lot of the issues raised were things I have voiced as a parent in the months prior. I must say pointing to a board with hardly anything on it does not demonstrate that you have made notable changes. Neither is the excuse that “we were aware of all these issues before the report.”

   I would give 0 stars if I could! Please beware of this nursery and company scam! I was not happy with the level of care given to my son’s settling in sessions and decided to not send him to this nursery. After speaking to the centre director about what happened she asked me to write it all up and forward it to her in an email. After doing so, I have not heard back from them for 2 weeks!!! Not only have they not addressed my concerns for other children and their settling in systems for them in the future, but they have ignored my request for my registration fee to be refunded to me. Given the circumstances and that I am extremely unhappy with the nursery’s care, it is absolutely disgusting that they are holding this from me. To go a step further, I received an email from the centre director today to say I have to pay a month’s fees for my son who did not attend their nursery! Reminder- due to their inadequate service and care!!! Stay away from this money grabbing organisation and keep your young babies happy!

   Absolutely lovely nursery and lovely staff. My son Leo had a wonderful time at this nursery. I felt as if he was well cared for and I really trusted the girls with my son. Unfortunately due to job loss had to take him out, however Leo’s time here was very special and I will always be thankful for everyone who cared for him and looked after him. I could tell the girls genuinely cared for him as they was sad when he left and we had built up a good relationship. The girls work incredibly hard & I couldn’t have asked for a better first nursery. At first I wasn’t sure about leaving him (as any new parent leaving their baby would be) however I wasn’t to worry, as he loved his time here. Thank you for everything you did x

   My daughter has been going to this nursery now for coming on two years. I am so pleased with her progress, she is so far ahead. Her development is that of a child a year ahead. She is confident and so happy. The staff at the nursery have provided her with the best education, safeguarding and care. I could not ask for anything more. Especially during covid they have been so supportive and friendly whilst caring for my daughter. I am so pleased I choose Busy Bees Haling Park. I highly recommend it.

   Our 1 year old attended this nursery and we were not impressed by the quality of the care. Our toddler would regularly end up not having slept or eaten well, and very tired out. There were frequent changes in staff during our short time there. We decided to change nurseries after a few months. I agree with with other reviewers that more emphasis was placed on fees/money due than the actual caring of our daughter - more of a business than a nursery.
