   Am glad to be one of Lets Rent's tenants. Right off the bat, Usman was really easy to communicate with, had all the information I needed during the viewings and application process, which made everything so much easier. Then I got to meet the team; Usman, Seb, and Adil are all very friendly, polite, and really did go the extra mile to help me settle into my new place. The welcome box of treats is a nice touch. Requests for repairs were actioned immediately, and my issue was resolved the following day. Communications has also been great, I've been kept informed on important contacts should I need them during the holiday season. What more could one ask for really? 10/10 would rent with them again.

Especially now with the new Renters Reform Act coming into effect next year.    We let out our house through Lets Rent, with such good quality of service to us as landlords, so that when it came to selling the property we sold the house through Lets Sell. We were very happy with how Lets Sell managed the sale for us. Lets Rent : We live outside of the UK, and had been letting out our house, managed through a friend. But when this friend and tennant moved out, we needed to set up our house for letting without being present to manage it. Lets Rent provided an open and honest service for every step of this, and were very reactive to every topic that needed attention. Our house was refurbished and let successfully, with the relationship with the tenants well managed through to the end of the tenancy and the moving out of the tenants when we needed to sell the house. Lets Sell : When we decided the sell the property, we did not hesitate in selecting the same team to manage this for us. The house was put on the market just as the cost of living crisis took off, but a buyer was found and Lets Sell were professional, honest and proactive in all the viewings and negotiations. Communication was good, and a Progressor was assigned to chase all parties, ensuring a hassle free sale, despite 1 or 2 delays outside of anyone's control. Our experience of lets Sell was very positive, and we would definitely be repeat customers, if only we had more properties to sell !

   I had a great customer experience with these guys, more specifically, working with Sebastian. His correspondence was impeccable, answering every small detail I threw at him quickly. It was made very clear and very easy what to do at each step and everything was handled professionally but also personably. This made what can tend to be quite a stressful process all just a very nice and I've got a flat I love! Thanks team, and thank you Sebastian :)

   Very disappointing experience - I viewed a flat and was told I was the first person to see it. After saying I was interested and completing an application form I was told I would hear back and never did. After chasing I was then told the landlord was still making a decision - then still no contact. I then chased again after a week and was told that it had gone to someone else. Very poor customer service, it would have been nice to hear either way when they were aware I was waiting for a decision to be made.
