We used Barry Williams for our mortgage advisor and he was fantastic. Explained the process to us well as first time buyers and made us feel very comfortable. He was very flexible with timings and locations (often working late into the evenings) which made meetings very easy.

Wonderful experience with CJ Hole! Kayleigh was absolutely fabulous at sorting the property me and my partner just secured. Really helpful with the whole process and communication from all members of staff we dealt with was top standard, we never felt like we were being forgotten or had to chase anything. I have contacted CJ Hole to help us rent a house. However the whole process was really hard. We had to go through a screening process before we could view the property, which we found very strict, but could understand why they set up that process. However, what we couldn’t understand was the fact that the process was really lenghthy and that we couldn’t apply to view more than one property. Furthermore, until today we never got feedback from the agency about the application we submitted. We called the agency several times as we had a very tight schedule to find a house in the area and although they assured me that they would give me feedback as soon as possible and would put me forward for another property in case the feedback was negative, I’ve never heard from them. The whole process was really disapointing.
CJ Hole have provided 1st Class service over a long period, supporting me as a landlord. The communication is always excellent and they have recently made a potentially difficult situation easy for both myself and the tenant. Special mention to George and Rachel

She kept us in the loop throughout the process which helped put our minds at ease on several occasions during periods of uncertainty. Helen made sure that her colleagues were briefed on the progress of our sale and purchase so that someone could help us if she was unavailable.
