   My son has been attending Scamps for over three years now, and I couldn’t be happier with the care and support he receives there. The staff truly go above and beyond to give every child individual attention and make them feel valued and cared for. It’s clear that they really know and understand each child , their personalities, interests, and needs which creates such a warm and welcoming environment. My son loves going to both the breakfast and afterschool sessions, and it gives me such peace of mind knowing he’s in such capable, caring hands.

   My youngest daughter has thrived at Scamps. She has been incredibly supported by the lovely team there and has developed in a confident, happy young little girl.    Two of my grandchildren have attended Scamps and the experience has been excellent. One of the things that really stands out is the very low turnover of staff – a clear sign that the team genuinely enjoy their work and are dedicated to what they do. This consistency has meant our children have always been surrounded by familiar, caring faces who truly love looking after them. We particularly love the new purpose-built setting, which has created an even brighter and more engaging environment for the children. Another important note about Scamps is it is a not-for-profit setting, which of course means the emphasis is firmly on providing the very best care for the children rather than focusing on making profits, unlike many more corporate nurseries. That ethos really shines through in the warm, nurturing, and supportive environment the staff create every day. Thank you Scamps!

   My child loves the time he spends at Scamps. The staff have taken the time to get to know him and to make sure that he is happy and comfortable there. There are always new ideas and activities that the staff develop to ensure that the children are engaged and interested. The children are given the freedom to play and enjoy the outdoor space which is a wonderful resource especially after a full day in the classroom. The staff are friendly and welcoming and happy to go the extra mile for all the children in their care. I cannot recommend Scamps enough for anyone looking for either pre-school or after school care.

   Both of my children attended SCAMPS Nursery and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The care and teaching provided are truly top quality, with staff who go above and beyond to make every child feel valued and supported. It’s such a warm and welcoming environment where children are encouraged to learn, play, and grow with confidence. The team create a balance of fun and structure that really helps children develop, and as a parent it’s so reassuring to know they are in such safe, caring hands. SCAMPS is an amazing place and I would highly recommend it to any family.

   A true home from home with amazing staff, many of whom have worked there for over 10 years. Because it’s non- profit, they are wholly focused on providing quality care, not making money. The only childcare provider in the area to cover before and after school, wraparound and school holidays - a highly valuable resource for Stanley School parents. There is a preschool too, which my son loved from day one (unlike his previous nursery!) The outdoor space with trampolines, slides, etc is a huge bonus as well. Highly recommend!
