   Can't thank Nathan and the team enough. My house was sold within a day of being on the market, with 3 other viewings lined up afterwards which we cancelled. In addition, as a result of a brief I gave Nathan around what I was looking for by way of a new property, he'd found me one & arranged a viewing within a week, that offer was accepted & within 3 months I'd sold & purchased a property. Nathan and the team were integral to this, from liasing with solicitors & vendors to sorting out mortgage options, they did it all.    I have bought and sold over a dozen houses over the last 30 years and this agency, Nathan James, are the most unprofessional bunch I have ever come across. They were poor in returning calls and I had to constantly chase them for information. The only consolation was that we purchased through them so they had none of my money. I will certainly not be using them for a house sale.
