I cannot reccomend her highly enough - she has excellent people and communication skills and maintained a high level of professionalism at all points throughout the process.    I have had dealings with Adre for some years (they are excellent rental agents too) and find them to be honest, efficient and very good at problem-solving. I cannot recommend them highly enough. In this recent property sale, on behalf of a lady who had had to go into care, they were sensitive, kind and willing to help unstick things when the buyer’s conveyancing team were being slower than expected. (Which happened frequently during this sale.)

   Samantha and the team work incredibly hard to achieve the right outcome for both buyers and sellers. The communication was spot on, and any queries were answered swiftly and with positive intent. Our house sale was both complex and long through reasons of delayed probate, and Samantha did brilliantly in keeping all parties communicated to and on board. Great value for a super service. We are already using them again for another property sale as we felt so well looked after first time around.

   We cannot rate Samantha highly enough... If we could rate higher than a 5 we would. The service provided was 5* plus! Our moving process was stressful (like most!) And Samantha supported us more than we imagined possible! She found out information when the solicitors were hard to get hold of. She gave us continuous updates and was ALWAYS at the end of the phone / email. Right from the beginning, we liked Samantha's warmth and she felt very genuine. We were really pleased with the photos and videos took of our home, they showed the house in the best light without being misleading. The house was online very quickly, and she notified us once it was on Rightmove (etc) so we could see it. Samantha was very clear and gave good updates when we had viewings. Once we received our offer, we felt comfortable to ask and take advice from Samantha but never felt pushed into a decision. We honestly would recommend Adre to anyone looking to sell in the area. We aren't currently looking at moving again soon, but if / when we do, we will definitely go straight back to Adre!

   Never have I been more impressed by an estate agent. Nothing was too much trouble and the communication was simply excellent! I have not seen/heard of another estate agency open 7 days per week! In the beginning of the process, to ring up and view a property on a Sunday was outstanding! Not once throughout the entire process, was I not able to get hold of Samantha. I am/was a particularly nervous customer (how stressful is buying and selling?!) but each and every time I had a wobble, my mind was completely put at ease. We cannot thank you enough, we truly believe the only reason we have the house of our dreams is due to the effort, dedication and commitment that Sam and her team have shown.
