All the staff are super lovely! Alba especially was really friendly and accommodating with my silly food preferences. Enjoyed my experience thoroughly.

In a small cinema hall 3 , with a large number of people, it was very stuffy. Going to the cinema is all about the effects, and while the screen wasnβt too big and wasnβt that distracting, the sound was too quiet. Luckily, I ended up with a well-mannered audience, so the whole screening remained quiet.

Great cinema. Service is always kind, the actual building and interior itself is nice and the cinema experience is good. I have no complaints (except maybe lower the price for a pick and mix)

Visited a couple of weeks ago to see 'Superman', and I struggled a little bit watching the film; I didn't feel like the screen was big enough for the room it's in, and I don't think that the lights were turned down as much as they should have been. The rest of the cinema is lovely, however, situated in a nice, well-located, building with a slightly vintage feel (walking up the stairs upon entrance to get to the lobby, then upstairs again to the screens).

My partner and I visited here today to watch the 5.00pm showing of Superman. I gotta say as a cinemagoer I really enjoyed my experience here today because it felt like going back in time when it had a bit of character by having that old school charm instead of being so modern. I know the seats are not perfect and screen isnβt big, but it adds to the old vintage cinema experience I miss sometimes. The staff were very welcoming in a friendly manner, the place looked clean and presentable.

Movie wasn't great but seats were very comfortable and staff were lovely. Served us the best mixed popcorn ever :)

I absolutely love coming to the cinema when Alley is in. She is an absolute sweetheart, always so friendly, nice, bubbly, and she makes Odeon feel like such a welcoming place. They are lucky to have her!

A small cinema with 3 screens which welcomes private screenings (mountaineering and climbing films when we went). Nice staff. That does the job for a good time !

I recently saw Donβt Worry Darling, the screen was kept cool, and it wasnβt dirty! The film looked and sounded good as well! It was a bit chaotic when I arrived and I could see that the staff was a bit rushed due to the large amount of people in the lobby, but they were all nice and patient with everyone and food orders were done in a timely manner. I especially want to give a shout-out to Allegra because she is vibrant, and friendly! You can tell she loves engaging with customers, puts in the work to make for a more pleasurable cinema experience. If you are lucky enough to see a film when sheβs working, you wonβt regret meeting her! Also Harry Styles looked gorgeous in this role, even if his accent was atrocious.

I love this cinema. It's cheaper than most (cheapest in Bristol aside from Scott Cinema in Westbury as far as I know), comfy seats, easy to get to with lots of buses leaving and voi parking sites nearby. The staff are lovely there too. My one niggle is that sometimes you can hear the sound from other screens coming through the walls. That meant that at a tender moment in the movie I was watching, there were ominous big bass sounds coming from the Thor screening next door. I found it funny, but I know not everyone would field that way!
