The staff is very friendly and they truly care for the children. My daughter is very happy there, so we are.
Really happy with our experience here. My eldest who is now at school went and we were very happy. My youngest is in the baby room and has been for the past 9 months or so and if anything it's even better. The staff have great bonds with the children and the effort that they put into the activities, in particular thr various themes that they do almost daily for the kids is wonderful. Would highly recommend.
We are so happy with Bright Horizons. Our daughter has been there since she was 8 months old and is now moving to the toddler room. All the staff there are really kind and attentive. They are welcoming each day. We detailed information each day with how she has been. We have a chat each day about how she has been and we get progress reports. They are creative at making new activities each day. Our daughter is so happy at nursery and we know that she is well looked after.
We love this nursery!!! We had trepidation about sending our angel here, and wondered if we should have made SAHM work or go with a child minder. We could not be happier that we chose for our boy to go here. He absolutely adores his time spent here. You know they enjoy it when they get upset that you have to take them away for the day! The staff are wonderful, especially Anna, they have great and varied food, they have fun activities, they have a lovely inside and outside. Everyone greets you with a smile and you feel there's fantastic energy in the building. Probably our favourite thing is how they have an app that they send you updates throughout the day on. Plus lovely pictures, which I share with all my family! I am certain our son has been given the best start coming here. He has learned lots of socialising, already got a best friend, and has hit the ground running with nutrition getting such a varied diet. Nursery is annoyingly expensive in general but I don't feel like it has been an unreasonable expense given their staff ratios and their expertise.
My son started the nursery at 9 months old and attends 3 days a week. He’s now 22 months old. He attends the baby room which has access to the garden. It's a beautiful large airy room with large windows looking out to the garden. It's a wide open space inside with lots of allocated areas of different activities. They even have a slide- Which is my son's favourite. I feel reassured knowing my son is in a safe environment with great meals and looked after all day by the best team. The staff are warm and approachable and very supportive. They do very regular nappy checks and my son's clothes are changed and he comes home very clean after a very busy day. The clothes are in his bag to be cleaned and he always has a clean nappy. 10/10 from us. The management team are excellent at keeping parents updated and sharing news and events. Also you have a daily record to access online. A wonderful nursery. Great experience. Will miss them when we leave next month and hopefully will be back when childcare is needed.
