   This is my favourite place in this area. If I work nearby, I always come here for lunch. The eat in menu changes slightly everyday and the food is fresh and tasty for what you get. I have been a fan for over 10 years!

   La Provence is a small, friendly sandwich shop located on Gray's Inn Road in London. The shop is known for its fresh, homemade wraps and sandwiches, as well as its delicious coffee. I recently visited La Provence for breakfast and ordered the falafel, hummus, and halloumi wrap. The wrap was delicious and just what I needed! The falafel were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, the hummus was creamy and flavourful, and the halloumi was salty and gooey. The wrap was also packed with fresh vegetables, including lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumber. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at La Provence. The food was delicious, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy. I would definitely recommend La Provence to anyone looking for a nice and affordable breakfast or lunch in London.

   Food Standards Agency has rated this cafe's hygiene 0 out of 5... I used to go here regularly for my lunch as this place is close to my place of work and I very much liked their chicken escalope wraps. A few months ago I got food poisoning (didn't think anything of it). However, 2 months later I experienced one of the worst bouts of food poisoning in my life (vomiting, fainting etc) and the only thing I'd eaten within 48 hrs (excluding food my family had also eaten) was this chicken wrap. I had a look online at their FSA hygiene rating which turns out to be ZERO out of 5. (This is not displayed on their door but is on the FSA website) I asked Camden Council to provide the full inspector's report through an FOI, which showed evidence of the presence of MICE and mice droppings. Broken fridges and dirty ovens in the cafe's basement also form part of the report, which mentions the high risk of food poisoning on multiple occasions. I now believe beyond any considerable doubt this place caused my food poisoning. It's a shame, as the staff were always very friendly and it was a convenient place for me to eat, but I won't be coming here again.

   One of my favorite places in the world. I had the opportunity to work at La Provance and I can report all my affection for each employee I worked with. Also, I miss the wonderful food and amazing smoothies. I highly recommend!
