   By far the worst KFC i’ve ever had, if you’re gonna go to this one you would be better off walking 10 min to the other one. all the chicken you can tell is old, the pops were rubbery and the tenders are actually hard to bite into while also being soggy. the gravy literally looks like it’s been diluted, it’s like water and barely has any taste to it. this is the second time this has happened too

   So bad. I would have given a zero if I could. The wings were very dark in colour, no crunch at all. Almost like it was old. Fries were soggy. Bad experience. I ordered rice too- rice was hard, carrot pieces soggy and looked old.

   Went today on my birthday, accidentally left my gift bag for 10 minutes. I came back to collect it and it was there and something had been stolen out of the gift bag. Asked the worker if anyone had seen it and she was hesitant to give a response then said no. There was then 3 girls about 14-16 sat across from the bag on other seats. I kindly asked them if they had see anyone take anything from my bag and they were so rude saying “maybe or maybe not we’ve seen something taken” I then left and decided to ring up the Cabot circus store and ask if they’ve seen anything. The worker was incredibly rude, used slang whilst talking to me and told me “can’t help innit” and nothing they can do to help me fin my stolen item. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and still have not found my stolen item!!

   The restaurant is small. There are two computer ordering points just as you walk in, but neither were working. The seating area was filthy. Tables were dirty, litter on the floor. Thankfully my wife had some wipes in her bag. The food was lukewarm. The staff looked fed up, but they did try their best. In my opinion, KFC has gone downhill.

   Not enough seating, overcrowded due to poor layout. Food we ordered didn't come to us at all after doing table service from the machine after a half an hour wait (we only waited this long as we could see how busy it was and assumed that was why our order was delayed), so we ended up having to order again at the till. Food came and it was okay, but chips were kind of cold even thought they'd been brought straight out. Really needs a good bit of rethinking or moving to a larger and more capable premises.

   Unfortunately too many burned items. Chicken was kept too long in the oil so was very hard to bite and taste bad. It was very busy in there. Generally very dirty restaurant. I love KFC but that one is on very low level.

   Poor quality control and horrible service. Order was wrong, ordered a large corn on the cob and got a horrible manky single one. 80 piece bucket was not filled properly and fries look they have been sitting there for a week and taste about as good. Avoid this branch whenever possible.
