   We had issues with being told one thing by store staff and then contact via the TUI website by phone and in messenger telling us something totally different. In other words we were led on a bit of a merry go round due to staff in the shop not being aware of correct procedures. It’s a shame because we have used this store for years and years but definitely won’t be using it again. A bit of education for shop staff re procedures and consumer rights would be useful , after all good customer service shouldn’t just be about taking money from a customer but also being able to inform the customer of procedures for any refunds due directly connected with a booking.

   Always have amazing service in here! So many good agents to name, but Matt is especially good, and he is our go to! Justine and Poppy are also good. All the staff are super friendly and are very helpful when you have any query. Always use this TUI store in Bristol. Store is clean tidy and well lit.

   What an amazing service we received when booking our holiday with Matt! We couldn’t have been in better hands! He was so knowledgeable on the best hotels for our budget for our family of 2 adults and 2 children aged 2 and 1. We are always wary when booking a holiday as we have allergies but nothing was too much trouble for Matt. He not only found a great holiday from our most local airport but he also arranged for our extra luggage allowance to enable us to carry our allergy milk for our children. Thank you for taking the stress away as travelling with 2 small children is stressful enough!

   Not one to go on and write a review normally but felt I had to after the excellent service we received from Matt while in the cribbs store. We booked an appointment to discuss our honeymoon we already had booked. Having recently read quite a few bad reviews for the hotel we had booked so wanted to change. We were helped by Matt who’s was exceptionally helpful and very knowledgeable of the area of Mexico we are going. No question was too much for him and spent over an hour making sure we were happy. Highly recommend his service!
