   The service we received from Meg was above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble and the booking process for our holiday seamless. If you thinking about booking online direct with holiday company forget it as the personal attention so important in case you miss something. Perhaps it's because we are late 50's but so reassuring.

   Having used Miles Morgan (Malmesbury office) to organise a fantastic and very enjoyable holiday to Florida last year, we used their services again. Unfortunately, we chose Tunisia just before recent events unfolded. After the recent FCO advice not to travel, Mile Morgan's staff cancelled our booking, got a full refund and then worked double quick to find and alternative holiday over the same dates, same quality and same price with just weeks to go before we were due to travel. I can't praise their services enough. The agent we used, Meg, has tremendous knowledge and experience and is unflappable in adversity! The last few weeks have made me realise that while you might be able to book cheaper on-line and put your own package together, when it goes wrong the expertise and contacts of your local travel agent are simply invaluable and can save you money in the long-run. These guys are fantastic and I can't thank them enough for rescuing our holiday plans. Highly recommended!
