    I had a fantastic experience with this branch, all of the staff I encountered were professional and so helpful and friendly, Ellie was amazing and booked me the exact holiday that I was looking for at a fantastic price. They greet you warmly whether in person, phone or email and always happy to answer questions. I can’t reccomend or thank this branch enough!

    I want to share my experience I was so disappointed with hays travel the agent suggested to go to ibiza for my very first holiday. When I got there the room was really small and there was no where to put my clothes, I was promised entertainment there was none. Also I went all inclusive and the food was cold and horrible ( we weren't the only ones to complain) I recommend do not go to hays travel , jet 2 and the Leonardo hotel....avoid !!!!!!!
