   We used Tim for the first time back in March 2024 to set up a bucket list holiday incorporating Las Vegas, LA and San Francisco. At the time Tim's experience and personal knowledge of these cities really helped create the holiday for us which was in January 2025. Having now been on the holiday, everything came to life, the flights, hotels, trips all suggested and booked for us by Tim were all as described. Tim even kept us updated on the LA fires prior to us flying to LA from Vegas. I strongly recommend using Tim to anyone, especially on the complicated bucket list / international holidays, his knowledge and experience is what sets this business out, he now has his next challenge Australia and New Zealand.

   First class service from a genuine travel agent. Tim simply cannot do enough to help. Booking our trip was a pleasure and trouble free. A few days before travel we had an unexpected charge from the hotel; spoke with Tim who was also unaware of this, and within 30 mins he’d been in touch with the hotel and a resolution was in place. You don’t get this service from the big names on the high street! Would recommend without question and will be looking to engage Tim’s services again very soon for my next adventure.

   Tim listened to our requirements and quickly found matching holidays. No hard sell to book straight away. We went back the following week & Tim sorted everything plus the extras for us. He also helped us check-in once flights were confirmed. Tim Potter Travel will be our first stop when we plan our next trip. Great service by an independent local travel agent.

   Tim is brilliant - so helpful and nothing is too much to ask. It's a real family feel to the business and great to be able to actually sit down with someone face to face and ask questions about your holiday. He picked the ideal trip for myself and my husband and two children. He's also great value for money - beating the prices we'd seen on the usual online sites. Plus he shortlisted a few ideal destinations and holidays for us then all we had to do was choose one, rather than losing hours on the internet without the expertise to know what the best deal was. Would highly recommend Tim and the Tim Potter Travel Co Ltd.
