   I was struggling to find what I wanted for my next years holiday. I didn't even know about GL Travel Lounge until they were recommended to me by a colleague! But after today - I really don't think I'd go anywhere else. So helpful and really lovely. Great to talk to and put my anxiety at ease about all my queries. 100% will be going back to book holidays through these lovely ladies!    Always good to see companies that are eager and keen to impress. Having previously used both of them to book holidays I can ensure everybody they will not fail to take care of all your holiday needs. I wish them the best and will be in contact myself very shortly. With new premises and easy parking, these girls have the perfect set up. Every holiday booked has that personal touch. I put each and every holiday through them now. Cause I know the slightest issue and their there for us. Keep up the good work.

   First class independent travel agent, new in Gloucester but not to the industry, answered all my questions regarding my luxury sandals vacation for next year, made the booking seem effortless, both Karen and Jo had lots of knowledge on the resort I choose, and helped me make my decision easily .. would definitely recommend, I liked that I could book a appointment at a time that suited me and felt I had them all to myself whilst we chatted. Very professional
