Extremely disappointed with Cunard and Butterfly Travel Nailsea. My nan is due to go on a cruise next month and has just been told she has some heart and kidney conditions and her insurance will not cover her and there are no exceptional circumstances - my nanny can only get back 25% of the total price and cannot reschedule - absolutely appalling
I needed some travel advice and was recommended to Felicity and her team. They didnt dissapoint! My son ended up buying tickets from them as a result. Super helpful service, great prices and Im already recommending them to others

From enquiring about our trip to Finland until we landed back in Bristol the service from Butterfly travel and especially Fliss was outstanding!If anyone reading this is looking to book a holiday I suggest you try this company first, you won't be disappointed!
