   Just returned from Portugal on our inaugural golf society tour arranged by George Sparks at Keyhole International. Can't thank him enough, it was a brilliant tour and Keyhole ensured that everything was arranged and ran like clockwork. The hotel and coures were great and just right for the varied standard of golfers in the party. The transfer buses arrived on time to and from the airport and to the courses.    I have just come back from Portugal, I was part of a Golf Tour of 20 persons organised by George from Key hole international. The golf ,the logistics and the accomadation and food were all at a high level, and it was a highly enjoyable experience, it was George's focus on attention to detail and customer service which made the holiday relaxing, And you felt that you were in safe hands. Best golf holiday I have been on.

   First class! We have used Keyhole International for two family trips now and our experience each time was superb. The customer service Keyhole provided was excellent and thoughtful (for example, without any prompt from us they notified the hotel that our flight had been delayed before we arrived). With the amount of uncertainty there is around travel it was a great comfort to know that we were able to speak with someone directly if we needed to change our plans. The whole process from initial booking inquiry to payment was simple and smooth, and to top it off, the hotel rates in both cases were slightly cheaper than what we were able to find ourselves online! Great team and service and we’ll definitely book with them again.

   George Sparks provided excellent service to myself when arranging a party of 10 for South African Lions. Throughout the process George kept us updated with the latest info re COVID and how are tour was likely to be affected. Very good hotels and tickets in Cape Town arranged. Such a shame we choose not to go. Again George Sparks was excellent in his communication and even chased up our party in order that he could refund all monies. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him to anyone else.
