Very unhelpful pharmacy. Away from home needing medication and wonderful GP and surgery at home emailed script through but Boots pharmacist here at staple hill would not supply any of the medication as she did not know what one of them was. Incredible! And it was an emergency and my relative would be very ill without her medication. Poor service.

Staff are frequently very curt to the point of rudeness. When collecting a prescription recently, I asked a simple question, politely, as to whether it was all there, ( the medication had been out of stock previously), and the reply was ' I don't know, what were you expecting ? '. She was holding my prescription in her hand. I felt she was being difficult and unhelpful and it's not the first time. I dread going in there.

I find this small, local pharmacy terrific. Nothing is too much trouble for manager Laura or dispenser Rita. Today the pharmacist was extremely helpful and patiently advised me. What's not to love?

Due to the Emerson's Green Boots pharmacy being unavailable, I came here for my seasonal flu jab. It wasn't busy at the time, and there was a short wait until the room was ready/set up for the flu jab. The lady who gave the flu jab was very nice and informative :)

Should be minus 1 but that's not there! Told my partner to wait outside when it was minus 4 ,she,s quite ill. Manager shouldn't be front of house

Went in to collect a load of prescriptions as I'm not well at the moment. Lovely lady with black hair said to get hold of a pre paid script online as what I was paying for was really expensive. She's always lovely when you go in or call on the phone. If I caught her name I'd put it here. Definitely a great asset to the team.

Visited to collect an important medication. Store was “closed” although three staff members were behind the counter. I knocked and no one even acknowledged that I was there. I phoned and the manager was rude and quite frankly disgusting. She shouted that she was there on her day off and to read the sign on the door (there wasn't one). The manager eventually agreed to dispense my medicine but continued to berate me for being disrespectful and for interrupting her day off. I challenged this and explained that all I wanted to do was collect my prescription. I was then rudely told to use a different pharmacy in future! Like she owns Boots. I wrote a complaint and received an illiterate response from a deputising area manager. I did not receive anything further. My complaint was unresolved and just forgotten about, actually it was probably ignored and swept under the carpet.
