rude, arrogant staff. Placed a prescription just over a week ago went today to find out it still wasn't ready. Woman who served me didn't care that it wasn't done, essentially staying it was my problem not hers. If you can go elsewhere I'd recommend doing so. Staff here simply do not care.
Worse pharmacist I been to staff rude put prescription in on Monday 8 days later still not ready.Asked when it be ready told you just have to wait.Don’t bother to even go there.
Issues every single time you go there. Pharmacist loudly discussing medical concerns over 2 counters full volume for everyone to hear, not really giving advice, trying to fob me off without actually first listening to the concern. Rude, unprofessional. Will change now as really had enough...
I'm in this place almost daily, even though thay are always very busy and under a lot of pressure thay do there absolute best to help you. I think Aggy is amazing and so helpful, its always a pleasure too see her. All the staff are great and do all thay can to make sure you have everything you need.
These 5* genuinely go to the amazing girl Megan that works in the pharmacy! You can genuinely tell she wants to be there and puts your needs first! Thankyou for much for all your support from the past year with anything and all of my son’s milk! She’s On the ball and cares about her job that’s the people you want working for you, the girl deserve a pay rise ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This pharmacy, for the first time in my life, made me wish there was a negative score to give. They're not responsible, have been disappointed several times but this does it for me. I have been checking for a repeat medicine several times in person and on the phone (when they respond) and after several checks and about 3-4 weeks later I was told the supplier has stopped producing it and to talk to my GP for an alternative, which should have been obvious if they have communicated with the supplier the first time. They need to wake up and realise they're selling medicines that people rely on to get better
They pretended not to speak English when I asked about my script cause they took too long and I was getting impatient, then banned me due to ‘being intimidating’ as I asked them for a complaint form and they refused straight up. I asked a lady to get one for me and apparently that was means to band me and send me to a pharmacy twice as far away when I’m in withdrawls daily. Dr kerfoot you should be ashamed of yourself and if I could’ve recorded the way you spoke to me and shown it to someone higher you would’ve lost your job.
I stood waiting to be seen for nearly 15 minutes while 3 staff chatting about general work, but ignored me. I wasn't even given a 'sorry be with you in a minute'. 4 other customers joined a queue behind me. Eventually I was asked by the pharmacist what I needed and upon handing over the collect receipt for medication I was told would be in 5 days ago, was told they're coming in tomorrow! Staff here really need some customer service training!
The staff here and very rude and enjoy talking about their personal life, shouting stuff across the store. You could be in agony and just get well let's hope we have it in. The younger lady is lovely with longer hair and is always happy to help and stays professional. Other staff not so great
Used to be great but the service you get now is awful and the turnaround for prescriptions is often 7-10 days plus. One of the pharmacy advisers is so rude, I can’t actually believe she still has a job. Point blank refuses to let you talk and walks away when you do. To be fair the Manager tries to help but I have a feeling the company’s process for dispensing is disorganised leaving her to pick up the mess. It’s got so bad, I’ve had to move Pharmacies.
