Absolutely the worst service ive ever received. Charged full amount yet cant provide the items for a week. Ridiculous. Go elsewhere.
Arrived today stood at the front of a line of seven watching and listening to chaos behind the counter, staff talking about prescriptions being lost, not made up, not got the stock, made up prescriptions that can’t be found. Not exactly lending confidence. Place looks like Tasmanian devil just run through and upended everything. Occasionally someone would look out over the queue to the door but then carry on as if we weren’t there and watching everything. No one communicating with the queue and after ten minutes at the front of the counter being ignored I walked out. Granted they are super busy and no one was slacking and If you have all the time in the world and don’t mind your needs being spoken about by the staff for everyone to overhear, this may be the right place for you.
More often than not I arrive here feeling less frustrated than when I leave. The chemist itself is in poor condition and doesn't look like its had a make-over for about 20 years and their digital systems aren't generally syncronised with the Well app or GP surgeries. Some days there are too many staff bumbling around aimlessly, other days there aren't enough. Waiting times are a lottery, as are prescriptions - always check yours before you leave, I've had to hand back medication that didn't belong to me before. Needs a massive overhaul.
The best local pharmacy - friendly and accommodating staff. After trying 5 other pharmacies they were able to provide me with 5 days of my medication and arranged to fulfil the rest. Will always go here first now.

Being able to put your new requests into pharmacy & getting a text message to tell you your meds are ready to be picked up.
Used to be really great. Recently have become really poor pharmacy. They have signs saying prescription sent online will take 4 days. Do not believe this. If you need medication it's best to order at least 2 weeks in advance as otherwise you'll be left waiting for a while! Thankfully the GP understood when I asked for an early prescription because it takes so long to get my medications.
