I have been collecting my prescription for over a year from this pharmacy. I dropped my a paper request in on Monday 3rd March, and attended the pharmacy today Friday 7th March to collect. They stated they had no record of this this, and after a bit of back and forth I was then informed that due to my surgery being in Bath and them not having the email address to request the prescription they were unable to fill it. I’ve asked why I wasn’t informed of this as I am now out of my medication, they’ve stated it’s because they don’t have a contact number for me. I’ve then also asked for the paper request that I dropped in to be told they wouldn’t be able to find, they informed me that it would have been shredded. I’ve then left to try and contact my surgery and decided to return to provide them with my phone number. I’ve also stated that I’d give them the email address for my surgery but did state that it wouldn’t have been difficult for them to find the email address on google. Of course at this point I’m feeling quite irate and frustrated, the woman has then stated I don’t come to work to be spoke to like this and told me to use a different pharmacy!!! What an absolute disgrace.

The customer service at this pharmacy shop is good but today I made three return visits to collect prescriptions . Each time it was not ready/signed off by the pharmacist or the waiting time was 30 mins plus

Firstly the staff are very friendly and polite and always helpful. And secondly I know that I can always count on their pharmacist to give me sound professional advice as and when needed. Thank you to Jamie, Tracey and the other girls who work together to provide a first class service…..

Absolutely couldn't do without my Chemist. The staff have been so helpful and the head pharmacist has been such a massive help with my personal home delivery medications and advice. This Pharmacy is a keeper. Well done to all keep up your good work. Merry Christmas to all.

I've been on a regular batch prescription from the Lodgeside GP for medication which I've collected from the adjoining pharmacy on a certain date as indicated on a card they've given me. The idea is they put the order in before the collection date. On four occasions now, since the summer, well before the Covid crisis started, the order hasn't been placed. It's got to the stage where I'm having to call first to make sure the meds are ready to collect. I rang this morning and lo and behold, no order was placed and I've run out. I don't see the point in continuing this regular renewal service if no one is renewing the prescriptions. It's a shame because the staff are friendly and approachable, but no one can give me a reason as to what the problem is: is it the GP or the pharmacy itself? They won't prescribe without yearly reviews from the GP and I had that in January. For some reason, the service has gone downhill

I had 2 diseases that this surgeries doctors did not even try to look into. They had me down as drug seeking and I left the surgery after around 18 months. I then got a letter telling me they had chucked me off of their list when I had already changed surgery already. I can only hope they take people more seriously now as I ended up seriously ill and blue lighted into hospital due to lack of care and due diligence. My symptoms were ALL labelled as anxiety issues. This may sound dramatic but it was and is. I am now receiving treatment, although late, for Crohn's and Wegeners granulomatosis. I learned a great deal since being here and hope that doctors don't just label people as drug seeking when they are crying out for real help. This could have been a tragic story but I'm lucky I found people who did their jobs professionally and with care. If I had the funds then I would have taken this much further. I was neglected and treated like a pariah
