   Avoid at all costs. The last three times I have been to collect my prescription have been a disaster and the rudeness of staff has been unbelievable. When I have been to collect prescriptions they have not been ready despite having put them in at least a week beforehand. Staff reply its not our fault were understaffed rather than apologising for the poor service. Today I was asked to come back three hours later to collect a prescription that was put in as few days ago as they are busy and there are a lot of people ahead of me (despite the chemist being empty). I return for a second time later to be told they are out of stick and I will need to go elsewhere. Not so much as an apology for wasting my time, my fuel and the inconvenience just a rude encounter from the female pharmacist with glasses who is clearly in the wrong profession! I will not be returning to use this pharmacy again!

   Staff are lovely but jesus it takes so long to get to the front of the queue. Also the phone rarely works or is answered. Avoid if you can use a different pharmacy ie not a boots for prescriptions.

   Very very slow service - everytime i come to pick a prescription up it takes over half an hour to get! Terrible service!

   This has got to be the worst chemist out there for customer service. They never answer phone. Every visit in person involves at least a 30 minute wait just to get served. When you do eventually get served they've usually messed something up. I've even been given someone else's medication on one occasion. The staff are obviously woefully inadequate for the number of customers using them. Perhaps employ more qualified staff???

   I have used this Pharmacy for several years to provide me with Anti-Epilepsy medication. The staff have always been unfailingly efficient and helpful in providing this important medication and I have never had any problems. In addition, my partner was recently tested positive for Covid whilst staying with me and so couldn't pick up his medication from his home town. Boots at Fishponds, however, were exceptionally helpful and arranged a home delivery of his drugs the next day. We are so lucky to have such an efficient and helpful service at our disposal - much appreciated and many thanks.

   This is a hit and miss pharmacy sometimes the staff are amazing other times it's "what do you want" so strange it's mind blowing. Best way of describing this place it's like the weather you're never actually going know what to get until you arrive.

   Lost perception, then took 4 attempts to actually get it right still waiting over a week later to post items out to me. Management of the store happy to let people push to the front of the line and not do anything about it when you complain. Always a minimum of 20 min wait to even put your perception in and the same again to collect it. They don't answer the phone. And if you complain to customer care they don't call you back either. If you have high blood pressure you should avoid this place as they will only increase your condition and you probably won't be able to get a percription to cure it. Seriously can't think of one nice thing to say about the store, the staff and especially the management.
