I am very concerned about the staff in this chemist who are trying to provide a service within what appears to be with very little staff resulting in lots of problems with the organisation of prescriptions & delays. I myself work in the NHS & understand how systems can fail in this way. It saddens me to have to change my pharmacy as I use the GP surgery next door but cannot rely on them to get timely prescriptions anymore. I really hope management look into this so that I can one day reuse this pharmacy.

I have been waiting nearly two weeks for a prescription. At first, I was told the item needed to be ordered. Then I was told it would take five days. After that, I was informed they had actually failed to place the order at all. Two weeks later, I still had no prescription. I have now moved to a different pharmacy, and my GP has had to reissue the prescription to a more competent pharmacy. I hope the senior pharmacist takes this seriously, as I will be submitting a formal complaint. This level of disorganisation and lack of communication is completely unacceptable, especially when patients rely on timely medication.

They are so friendly and helpful, they are very busy most of the times, but I know I can always trust them to do their best to help me, much better than my old pharmacy, I’m a cancer patient so my medication is very important , thank you for everything!

After booking a flu jab a week ago on NHS app I arrived and no flu vaccines available. Advice, book another pharmacy. Britain does feel broken.

These people are so helpful, and a lot more reliable than my old pharmacy that ceased trading and didn’t inform anyone. Very grateful, always happy to check if prescriptions are ready, and it’s great to receive text notifications

The level of incompetency in this pharmacy is incomprehensible. Let the school kids next door run it. They’d do a better job

Been phone the pharmacy this last week. Must of phoned 100+.no answer. I will be moving to another pharmacy who will answer the phone and help customers

Does not answer the phone. When asking a pharmacist there why nobody answered despite there being 4 people behind the desk, he responded it wasn't his area.

Very long wait. Nice staff but people queueing outside in the cold and rain is very poor service. I feel especially sorry for the elderly and unwell. A shelter would help greatly. Also, the phone is always busy and rarely answered. To add insult to injury they have a poster saying they will not tolerate abuse. Nobody goes to the chemist to abuse anyone but after the wait I can totally understand peoples frustration.

Never had a problem here, they've always provided my prescriptions on time and done their best to help. Service during COVID was slow, but what else do we expect given the restrictions? I do wish they opened on Saturday though.
