   Awful service, rude, unhelpful and left wishing I'd never gone in there. Went in for my prescription, they told me to come back in 2 days. Explained to them I'd run out and needed my medication. I was in a lot of discomfort and pain. They offered no advice, no help and just told me to go elsewhere to get my prescription. Will not be using this pharmacy again! 1 star and that's being generous! I'd give 0 stars!

   At times they can be busy but they alway work to high standards and deliver a first class service. Thanks for great help over the years. They are an important link in making sure meds are fit for purpose.

   They need to start answering calls! It was ringing for a long time and then it failed with “user busy” clearly they’re doing this on purpose! ill people need to be able to call! What if they need a specific type of medication and want to check if you have it? If you don’t you wasted their time, and they could have become more ill making that trip. This is ridiculous and whoever does this rapidly needs to be held accountable!

   Frequently have to revisit for meds and I now ring to check they are ready. Slow notifying when to collect so feel needs expanding and more staff.

   solely due to the purpose on how awful this chemist is and I'd give it one star if it was not for sue the pharmacest the nice sue who is absolutely wonderful person and doesn't judge or put people down of she has time off the pharmacy would not survive which was evident when she was away for a few days I was told she was leaving which never happened most likely due how the shop fell apart of a few days abcence so I will say that's why it's two stars if I was rating her it would be 5 but I'm not, I am here anyone other than sue treats any one with blue scripts awfully they Are rude lose scripts ble or green so stay away if able to also I saw most talk to elderly bad to I really think most staff need training in caring about humans no matter who they are.
