   Superb service! Not a local but was looking to find a swift answer to an issue I had. Found this one, and glad I did! The lady on entering was very welcoming and immediately sorted an appointment with the pharmacist. Waited a couple of minutes and was called into the private consultation room. The pharmacist immediately diagnosed my issue, checked my medical history, medication etc. and prescribed a course of tablets. These were dispensed very quickly. Thank you to all concerned - a credit to the pharmacy!

   Beware of pricing. Purchased an item only available from over the counter. Queried the price but was told that was the RRP. Checked at other local pharmacies to find I had been charged nearly 30% more here. Would not refund to enable me to buy it elsewhere. Very disappointing and I expect more from an NHS service when buying essential not luxury items. Left feeling ripped off and will not use this pharmacy again.

   I have been using combe down pharmacy for years now and have seen (at times unfriendly) staff members come and go. This current team (especially the lady who works there) are absolutely amazing, friendly and the hardest working staff I have ever seen! They have changed the place to a warm and child friendly environment, with the best costumer service available!
