   I am so disappointed in this pharmacy. I came on Monday to pick up my precious only to be told they don’t have it. I phone my doctors and they sent a barcode, I came back today (Thursday) and was told AGAIN they don’t have it. I have received multiple confirmations that the surgery sent the prescription on MONDAY. Instead they told me to go back to my surgery. Terrible service, and care for patients. I didn’t even receive an apology for their losing my prescription.

   Had a really bad experience with the instore COVID testing. I went in the day before my appointment to check it could go ahead, and the staff gave the impression they had no idea that the testing service existed but told me that 'if I could book through the website, it must be fine'. The next day, one hour before the appointment, I got a phone call to tell me they were out of stock and the appointment was cancelled. As I needed it for travelling the next day, it caused me a lot of frustration and inconvenience. Staff were friendly enough but seemed totally uninformed about their own services and did not provide any meaningful apology or suggest any alternative solution.
