I went to Boots at Trowbridge and was given what I thought was my prescription and went home opened it and found I had been given the wrong prescription I then called the pharmacy then return to collect the correct prescription have opened it this morning to find that the needle I need are not in it, so I can't start the process. Well done Boots.
The staff are very helpful and friendly. They are informative, especially when I use a video call to the pharmacy for assistance with a symptom. I would very much recommend this place for efficient services.
Always found this pharmacy to be efficient and friendly however I am extremely shocked by phone call I just had from one of the staff. I called to check a prescription was ready for collection and like to always make sure to be polite as I can understand how they are under lots of stess and pressure, however, the passcive aggressiveness I just received on this call was completely out the blue and shocking. The staff who after conforming it was ready for collection said at the end of the phone call "just so you know its nice to say hello when someone answers the phone in stead of Where's my prescription" is totally shocking as I clearly said "hiya, just wondering if i could check to see if an order is ready to collect?" Clearly she did not hear my greatings and decided i had to know at the end of the phone call how rude I was. Very unexpected and hope they can resolve their stress without taking it out on customers.
Always have my prescriptions sent to this pharmacy as I use the health centre next door, and it is a 5 minute walk from my flat. I usually have 3 or 4 prescriptions per month on a prepayment card. I always put the prescription in a week early, and give 2 or 3 days from the request and my prescriptions are always ready when I collect them. The staff all seem very helpful, and are always friendly.
Unfortunately, I experienced the person on the till to have some what of an attitude.
I get my wife's repeat prescription every two months. For the last six months it has never been ready. Although i have ordered it through pod more than a week before. They keep saying that they are a week behind on their orders yesterday it took me two visits and waited over an hours unacceptable.
Always late with prescriptions, no one answers the phone & staff are rude when you do finally get through. I have rung multiple times since opening, once over 40 times and still no answer.
Went to get my pills as I was run out of a few pills, the assistant said its not ready. It only came in today..then rolled her eyes....I ask if they could give me some as I'd ran out..she laugh when I asked....i was made to feel uncomfortable, I work in tesco so I know how to treat customers..I then asked will it be ready tomorrow as I will run out of alot more.. ok I said and left..
Waited in agony for my prescription for 50 minutes, was told it would be 10 minutes, everyone got their prescription before me, what a joke. By
