    I went to collect my prescription from Acorn, I walked in & stood waiting to be greeted & served. Still stood there for a long time & not one member of staff attended to my needs at the counter, they were too busy talking about what they were having for lunch that day - when they were meeting at a local public house for lunch. No customer service or acknowledgment that I was even there. Disappointing service from the 3 members of staff stood around, I did finally get my prescription & I hope they enjoyed their lunch as much as they were talking about it.

    A member of staff lied about ordering my testosterone prescription for 2 weeks, perhaps due to personal bias, and such is really dangerous. I kept checking in and she kept lying it was ordered. I checked today, and it had not been since January. Please don't have staff on board who pick and choose who to serve because I pay hundreds for this prescription. It's not up to her to decide. You wouldn't for anyone else. The code which was given wasn't even used, and it has a one time use capacity. I had 1 helpful member of staff today which did it despite not being trained to do it. Very lovely about it. There was another lady which was helpful. But there is one that appears to discriminate depending on medications unfortunately even though the chemist offers HRT support privately. I now may miss my doses due to being lied to for 2 weeks that it was "on the way" when it was never ordered. I have 2 days to figure it out. It's very dangerous to miss a prescription especially of this variety and I don't approve of paying money to a service which might cause me harm to be honest.

    Because my regular and long term prescription was not automatically sent to the pharmacy 200 metres away, as I believed I had arranged, I am unable to get my treatment for the next four days. The first prescription came without problem. I take statins. I will have gone without them for four days, The chemist is shut today, and Sunday. I am away for two days after that. . Why won’t they automatically send my prescription to the chemist I now use? I went in yesterday to pick up the prescription, only to be told it had not been signed off. I called the surgery and was told I was a β€œnon dispensing client” as I lived too far away. Why didn’t they explain that to me when I set this up? Very poor service.

    Items from my prescription are frequently missing with no owing slip and varying stories from the staff. As my prescription and those of my family members are long because we are chronically ill we are frequently sighed at down the phone as if we're asking too much of them to do the job they're paid for, and today was the cherry on top when we got accused of stealing extra controlled drugs that we are prescribed when we only received what we are entitled to. Thinking of switching pharmacies, sick of their attitude and treatment of those on controlled drugs. For clarification: we are not all thieving junkies. Try to remember that when dealing with those suffering from chronic pain.
