   Second time in a couple of weeks my flu jab was cancelled due to 'operational reasons'. Both occasions I was sent a cancellation text just over an hour before my appointment. I should have taken note of the very low scores and poor comments on the reviews and gone elsewhere. However, I did think that they could not mess up vaccinations- even after the first cancellation. I shall now go elsewhere.

   Walked in when the shop was empty, got ignored by three staff for two minutes. Stock seemed bare, I asked if they had any sleeping aid tablets, got told to go to Tesco. Mad that they don't do any basic stock inventory.

   Just moved to the area and used this pharmacy for the first time today for a prescription query that I was sure they wouldn't be able to help with, but just thought I would ask anyways. Both of the ladies who I spoke to today were really helpful, pleasant and able to sort out my request easily. First impressions certainly don't match the other reviews here! :)

   Terrible. Asked for a popular over the counter codeine medication but was refused and told to go to my GP instead. It's a complete waste of both mine and my GP's time when this medication is available over the counter without a prescription when I am in pain NOW and have exhausted the other options. Couldn't be bothered to argue with aggressive chemist and went and got it from Boots instead. No questions asked.

   If I could give this zero, I would absolutely disgusting. I stopped using this pharmacy back in October, and all of a sudden they have come into my records at the surgery and altered my pharmacy of choice Back to them without my authorisation every time I go to my chemist to get my latest prescription I cannot get it because they have had it sent to them. I live in Kingswood and it is sent to St Anne’s even though the surgery has changed it back I have to wait for another prescription to be put through by the doctors. Myself, and my pharmacy has tried ringing they won’t answer the phone. Such poor service they should be shut down

   Don't even try phoning the st Anne's branch they don't answer. My elderly mother waited half an hour for someone to answer a call in the end she hung up so disappointed

   Chaos. Queues out of the door. Nothing in stock - ever. Records missing of customers. Missing records of prescriptions. Staff can't find things. Missing 'cards' so only one person can use the computer system at a time. Hopeless - DO NOT USE.

   Totally disgusted with the level of service from this branch, I serious wonder how the hell they are still open. My neighbour has been out of his medication for three days now. He has been ringing daily & no answer. I’ve had to call head office so fingers crossed he will get a call back though I think it will be a miracle if they hear anything. I’ve worked in pharmacy & this place is a joke. If would recommend nobody uses this branch.
