   Staff are lovely and really helpful. Always receive good care and they've managed to fit me in within short notice on multiple occasions. The lower rating is due to really poor communication. No notices are sent when mediation arrives which is inexcusable in this day and age. There are plenty of tools available to automate this process. After 5 weeks medication is returned to the supplier as well, but how are you supposed to know it's there when the pharmacy don't tell you it's arrived and the doctor don't tell you they've ordered it? Today I happened to be there for a different issue and asked about my repeat prescription and it had been there for 4 days, I didn't even know the doctor had put through the order. Another woman wasn't so lucky and had to re-order her medication because it had been sent back.

   Terrible experience. They claimed my daily meds had not been picked up for over 4 weeks and so had been destroyed. This happened 2 months in a row (although the first time they realised their mistake). I was offered my next repeat prescription instead but told I would have to wait 2.5 hours (even though no-one else was in the shop on a Thursday afternoon) or I could take the prescription elsewhere. I explained I was going on holiday so couldn't wait, so I took the prescription to another pharmacy and they made the prescription up on the spot - 2 mins in total. I will be taking my regular repeats to somewhere that wants my business from now on. I know of 2 other people that have moved their prescriptions elsewhere due to poor service.

   My mother was diagnosed with terminal cancer last year. We are aware that this is a busy pharmacy and that there are limitations on stock and ordering, however there have been a number of occasions where staff, particularly, the man who we assume is the lead pharmacist have been tactless and extremely rude. Responses to lack of stock and other issues on multiple occasions have included an unwillingness to help, no communication and on our last visit, "it is not our problem". When people visit a pharmacy it is because they need medical help, this should be handled with empathy and compassion. There are plenty of signs regarding treating staff with respect but we have not been shown any compassion or respect in most of our interactions with this pharmacy. Strongly recommend literally any other pharmacy.

   I went to this pharmacy yesterday as the Dr had sent a prescription there for some eye drops, they tried charging me the full prescription cost when its cheaper to buy off the shelf, thats so mean...... lucky I realised their tricks but wondering how many old people they do this to....? everything is a scam nowadays and now its in our chemists.........

   Have been using this pharmacy for years and have to go back every week for prescriptions. Staff are always very friendly and happy to help. I see reviews saying that the staff are rude but I can’t help but think it’s the way you approach them in the first place. We are all human after all. I haven’t ever had any problem with any of the staff and feel that during the pandemic they handled the situation as best as they could. Keep up the good work! Also, try calling after 10am if you need to speak to them. I haven’t ever had problems going through, apart from the first week of lockdown.

   Staff looks really unhappy there, noone smiles, no one talks to each other, makes very miserable place. Twice happened that they didn't have a full dose of antibiotics I needed. With small children was vet challenging to come back for 2nd dose.
