   My medications I order a week before, I go in the following Saturday they say that they've only received my prescription the day before and blame GP Surgery . This happens every time where they've not sorted my medications and put the blame on the surgery. They do not admit they are at fault. Useless People, and I hope they will get the punishment by nature itself. My advice is never go there, ask your GP to change the pharmacy.

   Not my own experience but my partners- she been using this chemist for 12 yr and had nothing but hassle lately- Her docs have sent reoested requests to do Dossett boxes for her - Today this chemist ( someone)said to her jyst because your doctor said doesn't mean we need to do it . This btw is AGAINST THE LAW TO STOP SOMEONES DOSETT BOXES WITH NO REVIEW OR REASON - took her prescriptions back and walked out . will take this further so expect to be contacted .

   Always busy, which is because there are so many people using the service. The staff work really hard and are nonstop. I have never had a problem. If it's really busy and I can't wait, I will go back later or the next day. Some people get angry and verbally abuse the staff, which is disgusting. The staff do the best they can under a lot of pressure.

   Utterly useless. The staff are always miserable, you'll be lucky to get a smile or hello. I wouldn't bother attempting to get your prescription delivered here, as I can guarantee you it will be late, or just not there at all.

   Never ever answers the phone, been trying for a week. This is so unacceptable when dealing with people's medications and subsequent health. Particularly as coming into the store can be an access issue for people with health conditions.

   Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Consistently late with prescriptions despite me setting up repeat prescriptions to arrive every month. They literally never answer the phone so can't get through to anyone to find out where my prescription is, and they blatantly lie to you when they've messed up which they do all the time because they're useless.
