In my experience over last year quick to sort prescriptions. Also text when ready, unlike others in the area. Parking spaces a bonus.

Really disappointing visit. I was called by my surgery & the NHS for my Flu & Covid jabs. I made an appointment for both & when it came through it was for both jabs at the Pharmacy. When I called for the appointment I was advised I only qualified for the flu inoculation. I asked if I could have the covid jab either NHS or privately & I was told no. The pharmacist was very dismissive & said don't worry there isn't much covid around & it's only like a light flu. I am going to be associating with a large group of people for 2 weeks & in 3 of the last 4 years, I have returned from the trip with covid. Noting that I had been booked from a covid jab by the NHS, I have to assume the injection was available on the day. If I find out covid injections were returned due to internal bureaucracy I would be very unhappy. My sister called for her jabs at a different pharmacy & was given both, depite being under 75 & not immunosuppressive. Totally farcical system. I think the service I received was dismissive & uncaring.

Went above and beyond to get my son the medication he needed. Excellent service from the pharmacist and staff

Fantastic service today at the pharmacy. Both male staff I spoke to were friendly, polite and professional. In 20 minutes I’d been seen by the pharmacist and sent on my way with antibiotics. Amazing, thank you!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience today. For the past three days, I've been dealing with a swollen, painful, red eyelid that’s only getting worse, despite cleaning it with saline water and applying hot chamomile pads, the condition just get worse. I had an appointment at the surgery today, where they diagnosed it as conjunctivitis and advised me to buy over-the-counter antibiotics drops. They told me they wouldn’t provide a prescription initially because the antibiotics were inexpensive, but the doctor mentioned that if there were any issues, she’d provide one, and if my eye get worse, I should visit the eye hospital. I went to the pharmacy and explained everything to the lady at the counter, who then disappeared. A man, presumably the pharmacist, called me over from the examination room to offer a check-up on my eye, which I didn’t mind, even though I wasn’t seeking a second opinion. At my age, I’m quite familiar with infections and how to manage them. After barely a second of examination, he disagreed with the diagnosis and refused to give me the antibiotics. Instead, he suggested to use hot pads, I told him I had already been doing that for three days and get worse and he insists this can take "weeks" to get better. I explained that the surgery told me they would provide a prescription if necessary, but he insisted that the antibiotics wouldn’t help and didn’t seem to want to engage with my concerns. Frustrated, I returned to the surgery and asked for the prescription. I went to my regular pharmacy, got the medication, and all was resolved. Honestly, It felt like a complete waste of time, which I have to take from work, and I left feeling unheard and frustrated. UPDATE: after 3 days on antibiotics my eye was normal, if I wait "weeks" as this man told me I might have severe complications in my eye.

Always pleasant and helpful with advice. Several times have helped with last minute orders.

What pharmacy closes on a Saturday!!? My prescription wasn’t ready so thought I’d pick it up Saturday only to see online, that they’re closed!!

Found the staff to be rude and extremely condescending in tone. They really need some customer service training, especially when you consider they are dealing with customers who may be ill and feeling poorly. Even though the location is handy, I wont be filling any more prescriptions there as it just ruins my mood. Particularly after discussing over lunch with friends, its not just me - others have had similar experience, The management is just as bad - save yourself the stress and just go elsewhere

So i thought using their app would mean a quick and efficient collection. not at all the case! After getting a text to say my meds are ready, had to queue for over 15 minutes outside in the freezing cold to get to a little window just to give my name, etc. Then wait another 15 minutes for them to call me to the window again to get the meds. They were never speedy even before covid but its horrible now and really inefficient. Add to that that the woman manning the little window is quite rude (not just once this has always been the case). Looking into how I switch to another pharmacy as I'm really fed up with them. * The pharmacist is actually quite nice, but all the others aspects of this pharmacy let him down badly. And i understand theres a pandemic to deal with, but that doesn't mean that really innefficient processes are acceptable when there are so many ways they could improve the experience!

Three times they've broken their promise to call my mum, who has dementia, to arrange a dosette box. Three times she's sat waiting all day for them to call and three times they've failed to call. No apologies at all. Pretty rude if she puts her repeat prescription request a day or two early too.
