   Have been coming here for around 9 years and the staff are always lovely and helpful. When it's busy you may have to wait a while and the premises are small but I have always seen them being helpful with people.

   As someone who uses the pharmacist daily I couldn't be happier with the change I've made to this pharmacy. So fast and efficient. The staff are extremely friendly and obviously work well as a unit. The longest I've waited for my script is a couple of minutes. Outstanding service

   Really friendly bunch here and consistently helpful. Sometimes the wait can be a little long but I've never seen more than 3 people working there & they're serving an entire community so I can understand why. Very patient and able to clearly explain what you need to do if there's a problem with your prescription. Keep it up!

   Never answer the phone. Get dates of prescriptions wrong. Not happy in their job and are just down right not helpful. I've been calling since 6pm and it just rang and rang until 6:30pm.

   Despite the fact that opening hours could be improved in weekends and bank holidays, I have to say the service you get is absolutely exquisite. Prescriptions are always on time and pharmacists are knowledgeable and the most polite I've ever dealt with. I'd rather speak to them than my GP to get help. Thank you!

   Why do they never answer their phone? Been trying for days! Come on Boots, you should be better than this. What if it was an urgent enquiry and I am unable to attend in person? I find this unacceptable for a healthcare business.
