   If I could give more stars I would. I have never been to a more caring pharmacy. Nothing is too much trouble and all the staff are so helpful and friendly and work so hard. Thornbury is extremely lucky to have such a great pharmacy who employ a great team of assistants who go out of their way to please. Thank you.

   My baby had eye infection, within 15 minutes of speaking to the friendly front desk, I had spoken to the kind pharmacist and had been prescribed some antibiotic eye drops. Excellent service.

1. Lee Noble (The Lee Noble Experiment) ★☆☆☆☆

   Need anything to take the edge off that unforgiving toothache that feels like someone is burrowing hell-fire deep into your cranium while you wait and wait for that impossible to get dentist or doctors appointment? Then don't come here. If they suspect you've been in within the "last month" for any pain meds or anything to help, they'll oust you in front of the other customers like a drug addict and tell you that you're not welcome and that they will absolutely not serve you. Your best bet is to just go next door to Boots and they'll gladly help you, even offer you products that mean you don't need to touch pain killers in the first place, because right now - I don't feel a thing. Kudos to Boots. Save yourself the pain and avoid this little shop of nonsense.

   The staff here are predjudiced towards the younger generation and teen pregnancy. We were looking at the baby supplies in an AISLE and a lady asked us if we were in the queue to which we kindly responded "no". One of the staff members came up to us and told us that if we weren't in the queue for the pharmicist there are other people that want to look at the goods. It was however not busy at all, Infact it was quite quiet. We were then told off for wondering around looking. Which is exactly what you do in a shop! We were just looking around for baby supplies as my friend is pregnant. It made us feel violated and embarrassed because of the appalling service.

   Outstanding! Needed to get a prescription quickly and was able to get through to Dee at Thornbury Pharmacy by phone within seconds. She confirmed that what I wanted was in stock and would be ready for me as soon as I got there. My nominated Pharmacy is extremely difficult to reach on the phone and if you drop in your prescription is often not ready or they are waiting for stock. Thornbury Pharmacy is now my nominated Pharmacy

   if your prepared to wait until your dead!use this Pharmacy,Staff are very apologetic and polite.Feel like I've spent my whole day in this place.Perhaps use boots in the future.Whilst sat waiting numerous people being turnt away as items not in or available having to wait for days....really!!!

   After a number of visits to this pharmacy because it is convenient near Aldi,I have regretted it The service is awful almost every time there is queue waiting to be served and occasionally a single assistant will appear There are faces behind ignoring the situation It seems there are only a few counter assistants If you like hanging around doing nothing this is the place to go

   All of the staff at this pharmacy are very friendly and helpful. My prescriptions are always ready on time and they are always happy to answer my questions. Very happy to have them as my local pharmacy.
