Not always the most friendly of service but always quick and efficient which is all I want. Haven't had any problems collecting my prescriptions since I started going there 6 months ago.
Just been to collect a prescription, a little earlier than I normally would but explained that I'd run out last Thursday. My fault I appreciate so appologised for going before being notified. Girl confirmed that prescription was received yesterday. Then stated that all 5 common items were out of stock??? I guess that 17:00 was in their 'can't be bothered' time slot. Have stated 3 times tha I'd run out last Thursday and that I couldn't collect tomorrow the girl asked if I had some left. I just gave in and left anyway.

Absolutely fantastic. Trying to find a pharmacy that had medications that are in short supply. Every time I rang, they answered very quickly … compared to other pharmacies that did not answer at all. They knew exactly what I was after and they were extremely helpful in dispensing the item. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
No longer my nearest pharmacy, but I continue to come here due to the fantastic care and service from the team. Over the last year they've gone out of their way to help with various issues -- prescriptions delayed, hard to track down medications, things needed urgently. One of those shops that goes above and beyond and is an asset to the local community. Well done Oana and the team!
Ive had to visit lots this last year and without fail the staff are friendly, and helpful with advice even when super busy. . Thanks to all staff.
What public facing business, especially in healthcare, closes on a Saturday and lunchtimes these days? Pretty poor and snotty-nosed service by recent management but the girls that work there are always friendly and helpful. Time for a postal prescription service I think, this place doesn't deserve my custom anymore.
Worst pharmacy I've ever had the misfortune of using. The staff are slow. They natter amongst themselves and do admin instead of dealing with customers. They are rude. They are unable to reorder medication on repeat prescriptions. You will regularly be left waiting 30+ minutes on a quiet day. They lie about ordering things and will send you on goose chases to the gp to get prescriptions they had all along. They will lie and say the gp never sent them it. If you are collecting anything with addictive properties then avoid them. They will leave you high and dry every month without fail. In 3 years of they monthly visits have failed to get it right once. They let people jump the queues and I don't have a single nice thing to say.
Has been great, easy parking, good and friendly service but this week poor had not obtained my repeat perscription and had very long cues
