   Absolutely obnoxious people! My dad has Chromes, and can’t keep anything down! Whilst having treatment for Cancer my mum asked this week if he had a prescription they said No! My best friend went yesterday and picked up my dad’s prescription they gave him One from over 2 weeks ago! Not the one his Doc issued ! My mum went today and collected his meds, It wasn’t done she had to wait over 25 minutes they then lied and tried saying it hadn’t came til just now! Which is a lie as we rang their doctor surgery yesterday after Boots didn’t give us the medicine! Let’s ignore the fact there’s always around 8 people working and gossiping ! Normal people have to wait to be seen to whilst others don’t have to do they! Absolutely shocking place ! Is there a minus 5 I can give ?

   Staff here could do with a prescription for smiling. Always miserable and make you feel unwelcome. Rarely have stock of basic medication.

   If you are looking to get served go somewhere else. Me and three others stood around watching four staff members ignore us as if we were disturbing what they were doing. I left and went to Wells Pharmacy and the staff actually wanted to do their jobs. Don't waste your time at this boots.

   I've only just started getting my prescriptions from this branch of Boots and I wish I had changed from my previous chemist, weeks ago! The service is much better, a prompt and professional service.

   I always use boots chemist for my repeat medication. I'm on long term sickness benefits. and it's always on time everything I need top class service. and I would like to thank all the staff .that work there .they are a brave committed work force.
