Had a last minute travel vaccination appointment - somewhat hopeful and didn’t expect much luck but had a super helpful pharmacist give a clear and detailed consultation. Vaccinations administered there and then all in under 45 mins. Left with documents to pass on to gp. Really good job

Customer service was so poor I needed emergeny prescription. They did have it, but the lead pharmacist tried to return my actual locations medication . This is fine, however. I later found out my nominated pharmacy had the stock anyway and it would be ready tommorow. So I explained to them I wouldn't be taking the dosage, They then call me an hour later to inform me they tried to return that pescription themselves, without my consent I may add. This medication is life saving for me. And if I don't take it, I die. So... maybe it would be nice if they could treat it that way? For this reason I'm giving a 1 stars. Don't go here if you expect the staff to communicate or treat you with respect.

Friendly staff but not the best selection of things

Would not recommend this pharmacy for vaccinations. Every vaccination I have had has been given in the same area just below the shoulder. The covid booster I received first was also given in this area. However, the flu jab I received was given in the back of my arm in the area of my tricep muscle and appeared to bubble under the skin which I have never seen before. The immediate area is now discoloured and the surrounding area is more painful than I have experienced with any other vaccination in the past. Hopefully this will subside in time but my main concern is that I may not actually be properly vaccinated if the shot has been given in the wrong location and into the wrong type of tissue. The vaccinator was friendly enough but seemed to be working at great speed and perhaps would benefit from some additional training. Hopefully this is a one off incident rather than part of a more general problem but personally I would not use this pharmacy again for vaccinations.

I had my Covid booster and flu vaccinations here last Saturday. I had booked online and was pleased that I was fast tracked ahead of 'walk-in' patients. Excellent organisation and service.

11/10/22 My daughter had to have a yellow fever injection. On our arrival we were greeted by a very cheerful man that showed us inside & told the pharmacist we had arrived for our appointment. The pharmacist then explained everything very clearly to my daughter about what the injection was for, asked her relevant questions. He was, intelligent, polite & caring. My daughter is nervous of needles but she was very relaxed & calm. Also, the customer advisor behind the counter was cheerful & polite. Very happy with the service

Atrocious service. Could not competently handle a simple prescription ordered by the 111 services. Caused me distress and were incredibly rude.
