   Like gatecrashing a stranger's wake. Upon entering, a cold silence descends and fury shall rain down on you if you dare ask to pick up a prescription. How many days ago? They only have last year's prepared. Obviously. You shall sit on the naughty step for 2 hours in penance. Go to Savers or North Street or even Asda at a push.

   DO NOT USE this chemist!!! Lazy unhelpful staff, being instructed by the most unhelpful manger. Wouldn't sort out prescription they had for 5 days because they were closing in 45mins!! Took the perscription from them, went to Asda pharmacy who done it straight away. Would definitely give a zero if could!! The good reviews are definitely by the staff/family and friends.

   I would also put a big 0 if i could .I went to the pharmacy for paracetamol and 8mg of codine.I saw a rude Irish man who asked me questions which is fair enough, but kept asking questions it was confusing as I suffer from anxiety and agrophobia I found him quite intimidating . He was rude and arrogant,so I walked out in pain and shaking.

   I'd give this place a zero if possible. Queued for an hour at the weekend to check if a pet prescription was good. They said yes and it could be collected in a few days. Come a few days later, and they've "found an issue". These people are incompetent - AVOID.

   Just wanted to buy a simple head lice shampoo as I work for School and someone close to me had head lice. A not nice young lady refused to sell it to me because she just didn’t believe that I could have it. So I told her I wasn’t sure if I had it but my head was itchy and I just wanted to buy a bottle to keep at home.The lady told me to go somewhere as she didn’t want to sell it to me. I don’t know what she was thinking that I wanted to drink it or whatever was in her head. Honestly never seen such a bad behaviour before. So I asked her a few times if I need a prescription to buy it. Her answer: “ no you don’t need a prescription but still I’m not going to sell it to you, just go to Wilko or somewhere else. Do you understand what I’m saying? “ My advice do not even go in there if you see her inside. Horrible horrible and super rude behaviour. Anyone can buy it, I could buy a hundred bottles if I wanted. She was trying to make me look stupid. Never seen anything like that before.

   Referred by gp for them to see my two children under 2 within 4 hours. Never heard from them. When I called to see what was happening, got told someone would ring me back in 30 mins. Never heard back fom them. Shocked by the 'professionals' they didn't care about my children at all. Very disappointed. I try not to go to this pharmacy. Poor service.

   Awful. The owner has just banned my parents from the chemist after a phone call I had with him. He was rude and would not let me speak on the phone. He kept taking over me and was more interested in shutting the shop at 6pm rather than the fact he was going to be leaving my mum in a lot of pain all weekend, after she had put her script in on time and also, visiting the chemist twice. The owner was very rude and argumentative with me. Not brilliant customer service at all. The chemist actually admitted it was their fault and would deliver it in afternoon. She clarified this with them and then no delivery. I called them when I finished work at 17.45 only to be told they would not deliver it as she is not on their list! They then called mum and dad and said that because I hung up the phone on him (because he wanted to close the shop to get home on a Friday), they think it’s best that they find another chemist. I see him in the news quite often….I think I might be taking this story to the press myself. Totally vial way to treat customers in chronic pain.

   A very professional practice going the extra distance to assist their customers. Moved to collecting medicines from this pharmacy on a recommendation and am delighted that I did so. Polite and efficient service with a smile. 10/10.

   Was dissapointed that my gp was no longer able to give travel vacinations. Phoned Bedminster Pharmacy, very polite lady answered and took detailed message for travel clinic, didn't get a reply so phoned again, same lady took message, checked everything, travel clinic responded, all appointments smoothly booked. Excellent service. Particularly appreciative of excellent follow up service by pharmacy member of staff. First class.
